D is awesome! He made sure our order was perfect and our daughter has a picky order. He made our experience out of town. He was there breakfast lunch and supper. Super dedicated employee and was awesome. Mickey D's is lucky to have him. Was clean and great food. I don't even eat McDonald's at home. Way to go guys! Thanks!

Very bad experience. Waited five minutes at register before I got their attention while they chatted. Digital menus were offline. Of course, no ice cream. Kiosk wouldn't scan my code. So just paid for coffee but then they brewed a pot, but forgot about me for twenty minutes. Forgot the cream. Half an hour to not get what I ordered.

Staff got into a “you calm down” argument with one another for some time. McNuggets and quarter pounder were super cold.
Completely disorganized. Only enjoyed part of the meal were the diet cokes!

Second person in line. Ordered (just a cup of coffee) thru the self service b/c no one at the register. Took 12 minutes and only after I asked to cancel the order. Flies all in restaurant, trash on floor and counters, lots of talking in the kitchen but no product coming out. Won’t be back.

Very disorganized not sure who manager was. Thinking that may have been issue. The location is right off interstate and thus can be very busy with truckers especially. Hopefully things will get better. Thanks

The sandwich I ordered was supposed to come with bacon and when I got it and took a bite I noticed no bacon. I brought it back up to the counter and they opened it and added bacon instead of making a whole new sandwich. When I picked it up it just fell apart. I was not returning it again. I usually never like to return food in the first place so here I am, hungry and it fell apart. Wish I had a pic of the burger after picking it up. What a mess.

The fries were cold but the burger was great. There was no line and no cars behind me but I was told to pull to the door and wait for my food. I just think everything should have been hot since I had to pull up and wait.

I pulled in the drive thru on Friday 2/18 @ 5:09p to place an order. Person came on the intercom and said drive thru is closed. We are doing a shift change and you have to come inside. This has to be one of the busiest times for the after work people and they are doing to close the drive thru to change shifts? Bad scheduling on behalf of management. Did I come inside? NOPE! They must can afford to lose business.
