The Staff in this panera has been nothing but amazing. My son has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and every night the staff has been kind with excellent service and attitude. Specially the shift manager Abby she always greets me with a smile and by this point she already knows what I get. Her attention to details and care for her customer is what everyone working in customer service should aspire too. The staff as a whole take pride in their job and make sure the order is accurate and make it taste good. The only thing I would like better is the resupply on their menu because they run out of things late at night.

Panera is a huge upgrade over the Au Bon Pain that used to occupy the same space, especially because the quality of their pastries and sandwiches are much better while the prices are about the same. The discount for bringing your own coffee mug is also nice. The managers at this location are attentive, and the workers are well-trained. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this location.

This Panera is inside of a hospital. I was able to come inside because security allowed it. May not always be the case.
