Today would be the first time my sandwich was absolutely horrible. Tuna should not be brown or chewy!
Quality is starting to go down hill. This was my fav sandwich place. My husband still eats here but I will not anymore.

Order a kids COLD ham & cheese sandwich $9 dollars. Had to go back in and was given a hard time because they warmed the sandwich after I requested a cold sandwich.I asked to have a new one made and the employee was rude and wanted to debate with me about the sandwich. Management needs to train & retrain employees on how to treat customers.

We had their Phenomenal Beef Brisket 10"er (me) & their Super-Tastey Ham 10"er (according to M'Lovely) sammies today.
Loved the decor. Took many many photos. My family has an affinity towards firemen due to my Father's brother, my Uncle Phil, was a Captain for the Cleveland Ohio firefighters!!!! RIP Uncle Phil!!!!!

I ordered a firehouse sub for the first time today. The produce was put on the bottom of the sub and the bread was so soggy that it fell completely apart. It was like it had been soaked in water. I was so disappointed it was not even editable what a waste of $15 dollars.

Really went downhill. Ordered a steak and cheese for carry out. There was very little steak. They charge 60 cents to add mushroom and there were maybe 3 mushroom pieces total. Also requested banana peppers and there were none on the sub. Just disappointing an almost $10 sub is on a dry bread and no flavor due to undersized amount of ingredients. Two stars for ease of ordering and pickup, 0 stars on food quality.

The food is great but the Girl who took our order had a very bad attitude. And from what we heard from other employees we were not the only ones who saw and heard it. But other wise a great place and really liked the horror of the Fire Departments.
