Sandwich bread was wet, one side was in a wet plate or it was sweating. With the exception of the wet bread it was very good. What really go my attention was the cleaning of the tables. While the tops appeared to be cleaned, the edges were very dirty. Must have been a long time since they cleaned. The staff was very attentive of customers

I treat myself to here on occasion, the best French dip sandwich ever, great oversized sweet tea. Everything I have tried in the past is always yummy. That day they were supporting the community by giving a portion of sales to the liberty place. I think that is wonderful and goes above and beyond what other similar places do.

If I could leave you a 1 star review I would, that 7.00 delivery fee that you reluctantly gave me back because you never delivered my food just cost you a customer. We order from you on a weekly basis. YOU WILL NEVER REGAIN ME AS A CUSTOMER>>> you as a manager are so unprofessional. I will not be returning to McAllister’s again. First time, my order was wrong , went months later to try it again (my husband likes it). 2nd time, beard hair in my food. Waited almost 2 years before giving them one final try. 3rd time. They served my food in a dirty plate & bowl. When I complained to the server, she literally just picked up the food and moved it to another dish (my husband watched). Brought back to my table and the new dishes were dirty as well. 3 strikes for me. I will not be returning.

I used to love McAllisters. But the last few times we have eaten there have been horrible. Today I ordered a salad, kids meal and two drinks. They charged me for three drinks instead of two, they didn’t give us my sons side dish even though it was on the order slip and when I opened my salad I found raw chicken and very wilted brown lettuce. I have never done a review like this so please don’t take this lightly. Their job isn’t hard. Every time I walk in there the staff is goofing around, having private conversations, or on their phones. Businesses like this have the obligation to teach good work ethic so these kids can have a future, because clearly they aren’t getting it taught at home. I’m done with eating out. I was trying to support you through this but if this is all these kids have to offer, forget it, I’ll make my salad at home.
