We love this place. We live in Tennessee, and we come stock up every time we're in town. The service is always friendly and good, and the coffee and tea are the best we've found. During the pandemic, we took advantage of their online sales and shipping. It feels great to support a family business. But the best part is the coffee and tea. Always delicious.

Not a bad experience just not awesome? My I got an iced coffee and it wasn’t great and my friend got a latte with no foam and there was a ton of foam still in it. This review was purely in regards to their coffee making side, as far as their roasting and grinding coffee beans and their loose leaf tea options they could be excellent I wouldn’t know. I will say they had a hunch of cute mugs available for purchase and a LOT of coffee making vessels but the flip side of that is that they’re a little pricey. ***edit*** So I’ve been trying to come back a couple times because I would still rather go to an okay coffee shop than a chain and I will say I like their tea’s a lot more than their coffee. The variety is really great and there are some beautiful and unique blends and are really reasonably priced. I can’t say I love their coffee but their tea is pretty spot on.

The employees there are extremely friendly with their customers. When I walked in, they were ready to help me pick out a good coffee blend. They were also very knowledgeable about the types of coffee they sell and everything about the store. Their coffee is decently good. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t done so already.

There's no better coffee roaster in VA. Tammy is well versed in coffee and customer satisfaction! Have to drink decaf because of health issues, and have been looking for a "good" decaf for years. All of Rostov's decafs are great. 🤯 And several other family members think their regular coffee ☕️ is superb! If you are in Richmond and want great coffee, find Rostov's. They have a website and shipping. What else could you ask for?!? 😍😋 How about a great tea selection and lots of coffee makers, cups, and paraphernalia!! You need to get on Rostov's email list! This was the closest on the map when the group needed a coffee break while driving around during a weekend vacation in Richmond. What a cool find! I may have to order some coffee to be delivered! So many flavors. The shop had so many neat things too. I loved the coconut coffee I got to drink and have been using a tea infuser I bought frequently since I came home.

We're looking for a place to have tea while in Richmond and this place came up on maps. So glad to find it! They have an excellent loose leaf tea selection with small samples in mini jars so you can smell the teas ☺️ We had the jasmine green tea and decaf earl Grey, and both were amazing, full bodied teas not watered down tasting. We ended up buying some for home. They also sell coffee/tea accessories and mugs. Only a few tables in the front and back of the place so keep that in mind. Will be back to purchase more tea and try their coffee next time.
