Kobe Japanese Steaks And Sushi

The reviews are conflicting here. My experience was: hundreds of options, good service, and partially good and partially dry chicken. The waitress friendly redid it again for me but it is still not fitting my expectation. They gave me 10% off, which was kind and nice. This is my first visit. I will try here again for hibachi or salmon sushi.

Ate at the restaurant and was pleased with the food. We started with Chicken Yakitori and the Bomb Roll and transitioned into our Miso Soup and a Ginger-type dressing on salad. All of that was filled with great flavor and cooked well. I ordered the Chicken Yaki Soba and was a little disappointed. Most of the chicken pieces were tough as if they were over cooked, there was a hefty bit of cabbage and other veggies that was overwhelming and way too much. As a result of the enormous mountain of veggies was that there was not enough noodles. The Chicken Yaki Soba dish was why I docked one star. Because everything else was so good, I couldn’t justify another star especially since I will be coming back. They have these cool overhead lights as well, as seen in pictures. Also, just as a note to others: you are not given silverware, you get chopsticks.

My husband and I had an amazing date night here tonight. Our server was also the host AND mixed some of our drinks and was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the service was, especially since he was on his own for most of the time that we were there. I wouldn't be surprised if he was back making some of the food as well :). This place is definitely a gem.
