I’m a regular at Cinema Cafe so I figured I have to try Cinébistro as well. We made the mistake of going to dinner beforehand so we didn’t try any real food, but the dessert was phenomenal. Definitely want to go back to try some food. We got a bottle of wine that was decently priced, but the glasses looked filthy so we used straws. While the seats don’t recline as much as I like, the dividers they have every 2 seats are so nice, and every theater should have them! You can be sitting next to a stranger but not feel like you’re on top of each other because the divider puts some space between you. Plenty of cup holders which is nice. Service was pleasant. Overall positive experience and I will be going back to try some food. Will get a mixed drink in a glass with a straw instead of wine next time lol. :)

This is an experience I'd suggest every couple takes. (Special occasion preferred) * Date Night, Anniversary, etc
My wife and I decided to choose CinéBistro for Date Night.
We arrived minutes before our movie began. Because of that, the lobby bartender said we had to order our food at the bar. TIP: If you order your food at the bar, there is no gratuity or food delivery fee added. (If you pick up the food) Note: Your usual popcorn, 🍿 candy, 🍬 and super sized sodas aren't available. 😔 The good thing is... No crowded lobby with long-waits to order food and drinks. 👍👍
Theater seating💺is smaller due to La-Z Boy Recliners. They're generously spaced, with more legroom, and come with swiveled food tray. (You don't have to worry about anyone bumping into your seat) 😁 Seat adjustment buttons are located under armrest. TIP: Chair has a reading light near the headrest and "Press for Service" button nearby as well.
Waiting staff - James W. provided excellent service and was attentive to our needs. Note: Staff is only allowed to service guests up until the conclusion of the previews. Gratuity is automatically included when ordering from your seat.
My reason for 4 out of 5 star review was because a few drinks were out of stock (on a Friday by 7:30pm) and because the men's restroom urinal and toilet 🚻 were out of order. (creating long lines) I find this to be unexceptable for a luxury dine-in theater.
I visited the CMX Cine'Bistro Stony Point on Saturday, December 9, 2023 to see the Renaissance. The movie and atmosphere was great. The menu and food was awful. The prices are to expensive. The pasta dish was awful and void of flavor. They use to have a great menu. You might want to consider going back to the old menu.The waiters were great.Great movie. 😊♥️♥️👍👍
People were helpful and nice. Seats and theater was nice. We will be back!
Only thing I didn't like was the food wasn't seasoned that well and chicken was dry on my sandwich.
Loved that they had sparkling water and gluten-free buns.
The theater is clean, with partitions every 2 seats to provide some privacy. The menu changes seasonally and the food is fantastic. The bar area in the lounge is spacious, clean, and great for a pre or post movie drink. My waiter in the movie and the bartender were both attentive, and gave me space to enjoy myself. I definitely will be back!
This was my first visit. The food, service and atmosphere were great. We shared the goat cheese appetizer & a couple desserts. The pumpkin bread pudding was delicious. The cheesecake was fine, but nothing exciting. The seats RECLINED! They could rent these seats out without a movie for a quiet place to nap away from the kids!
First time here, I have heard so much about it. I can say I wasn't disappointed. My suggestion is possibly turning 1 or 2 theaters into 1 big IMAX theater. We shall see🤔
OMG! I have never experienced a movie theater like this before! It’s like walking through a tastefully decorated, modern castle! We didn’t get a chance to order dinner, as we already went to a restaurant before hand. However, the drinks we got at the bar were awesome. Bartenders were super funny and had tons of personality! The place was immaculate and were doing a fantastic job with social distancing. I’d love to see them upgrade their seats to recliners, and also allow food/drinks to be ordered a little bit later. We got there at 8:30 and were told that we had to order drinks and food fast as it was last call. Still gets five stars from me!
This was a wonderful experience. The theater is absolutely beautiful. The food is sooooo good, and the wait staff was so polite and helpful. I reserved my seats online and arrived 30 minutes early as suggested. Understand, this is not an inexpensive movie going experience if you choose to eat, and an 18.5% gratuity is added to your order. An added bonus is that the theater is 21+ after 8pm.
Never seen a movie theater like this one! Definitely one of a kind! Amazing service, very easy check in, and don't forget the nice jazz music in the lobby! The inside of the theater was just amazing! The chairs felt amazing and so comfy! If they let me, I would definitely fall asleep on those chairs! They have this table that can be moved in and out of the way, and more than enough cup holders if you're bringing a party. Menu is very nice, but doesn't have a lot of variety for younger kids. The cherry on top is the fact that they give you a light that you can turn on and off with ease to be able to eat in the dark, and when you're done, you can just recline the seat and enjoy the rest of the movie! COME HERE AND ENJOY!!
