First time ordering and I picked it up. Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The spices they used are amazing and give it a wonderful flavor. We ordered the family meal (we got four different meats: chicken w broccoli, moo goo gai pan, lemon chicken, and general tso) also we ordered the crab ragoons, and extra shrimp egg roll. I also got a combination platter of beef fried rice with general tso chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious. I recommend this place highly. Staff is extremely nice. Please ignore the negative reviews and try for yourself but for my family (4 kids) who are picky, they loved everything and so did we. 5/5.

Food was good, cooked my general tso's chicken exactly how I asked fried hard but not burnt 👏🏾👏🏾. Lo mein looked a little skimpy but was also delicious vegetable fried rice again delicious has become my regular Chinese food spot

Moved to the area recently and had to face the daunting task that we no longer had a "go to" Chinese food delivery place. Took a chance on Hong Kong and was pleasantly surprised. We've not bothered trying anyone else, as they are great!
Crispy Beef is phenomenal. Family meal is a great value! My only issue is that the fried rice is not my preferred style, but I can forgive that with all the other food that I've had that was delicious.

Never tried this place before the pictures looked good online and it looks and taste just as good as it looks online. The only complaints I see are mainly how long it takes but it doesn't matter because it's worth it!! I don't know how to upload a photo but the food is wonderful and taste fresh and I ordered 45 mins before they closed and they delivered. Great place

Since I’ve lived in Richmond (5 years) this has been my go to place for Chinese. I’ve never been disappointed. I tried a different Chinese restaurant me time and it wasn’t as good as Hong Kong.
