Super friendly, nice amount of parking, and a great downtown vibe. I love that it has the large open table--Even when it does not generate conversation with strangers, it still has a more collegial atmosphere.
Also, we had a mistake with our order, on our end, and they were very gracious and helping us work through it. Highly recommend. Just wish they had enough room for a drive-thru!

Fast, friendly, service. Great for the location given its a college town. Most of the baristas know the customers by name, and take the time to get to know everyone. Recently remodeled so there is a fresh look to the Cafe and all the appliances which only adds to the speed of things. Highly recommend.

The nicest starbuck staff I've come across in the USA so far. So fast and easy. My dragon fruit refresher was the most yummy. Clean and tidy. Will come back again.

Starbucks is a huge chain, as everyone knows, but the coffee there is good. The one in Willow Lawn is on the smallish side. They are due to move soon, to another corner of the mall, where it will be a drive-through, is what I’ve heard. Not sure how many seats it will be.

This Starbucks is kinda small, but there's outdoor seating too. I like how this Starbucks isn't part of VCU, and therefore, a genuine Starbucks. Starbucks in general doesn't have many snack options, which I guess makes sense because it's a coffee chain, but I wish there were more things to eat.

Starbucks, what more can I say other than I am a caffeine junkie and they cover my needs. The world without Starbucks would be far harder to muddle through the daily grind. The internet worked great, and there was ample chair and table space.

Busy, small. Not great for chilling. But the coffee's good and the baristas are very nice. No drive thru, no clover machine.

Staff is always friendly when I come here! I am usually in and out! They make my drink perfect everytime and I have never had a complaint!
