My daughter and I are obsessed with CSush (as we lovingly dubbed it)! The vegetarian sushi is outstanding- we try to eat here as much as possible. The vegetable tempura roll is to die for. Our favorite server is so cool- she makes us feel like VIPs and we adore her! Absolutely THE BEST SUSHI IN RICHMOND. And the restaurant itself is beautiful! What more could you ask for?? A+++++

Wonderful! I made a mistake and ordered my food for carry out almost an hour too late. I showed up at the time I had intended to pick it up and explained the problem, and they immediate set to work preparing it for me and had it ready within 15 minutes. Amazing! Very kind, very talented chef and staff, outstanding sushi. We will be back. Many, many times. This is now my go-to in Richmond.

Very small establishment, but the service was very quick. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help us select wonderful rolls and entrees. The sushi is fresh and delicious. Ramon noodles have lots of flavor and made just right. Tempora had a little too much batter for me on the shrimp and the onion was completely raw, but I don't like onions so that that comment with a grain of sand. Other then those minor things I will return. Enjoyable evening with family.

Great spot, great food, and friendly service. We enjoyed the miso soup, seaweed salad, edamame and a few rolls. Would love to come back again and try some more, the menu is extensive.

As a lover of sushi, I had to try out Carytown Sushi and see what all the hype was about. The interior is gorgeous and has a very minimal and calm vibe. It seems like they aim for traditional with a modern twist.
This transfers directly to their menu as well. While they do have all of the classics, they also have interesting twists in their menu that you’d never expect. The food and waiting staff were absolutely exceptional and I had an amazing time. 10/10 would recommend; stop by here when you’re down on Cary St!

best cut of nigiri/sushi i’ve had in a while. i went here on a saturday night and lucky for us it wasn’t too crowded. the specialty rolls were good but the highlight of the meal was definitely the sushi. the cut of fish was thick and fresh. you don’t find many places that do that anymore so 5/5 for that. in general a nice little date spot
