I have shared a few reviews about this eatery to corporate. They do not care. The same folk are there, non caring, not interested in serving you, they seem to not even want to be at work, EXCEPT Erick. He works nights. He was there 2 yrs ago, went away and came back. Customer service skills excellent. He wants to be at work, he is pleasant, and makes an excellent sandwich. The 5 star goes to Erick
The blackbean burger with the avocados is amazing!!!!...However, I feel one sandwich is too small, and I think if you want to fill up, you will probably want to eat two if you are really hungry. GREAT food option for myself, as I am vegetarian.

Au Bon Pain is located in MCV hospital. It is the only dining location in the hospital that is open 24 hours. They sell a variety of baked goods and have a sandwich station. Also they brew coffee and have a good selection of soups at all hours. The location is very clean, and the employees are usually courteous. Expect to pay between $6 and $9 for a sandwich, without any sides or drinks. You can get a bagel with cream cheese for about $2. Soups are about $4 for a small cup.
Lovely, kind staff members and great food. Very clean inside and many choices. Very fresh, and organized well.
Great food. Service is normally really good. It can be slow at times.
