Tasty! I like Indian food and this didn't disappoint. I had Chicken Mutter (chicken, tomato, peas, chickpeas). I will say that their mild is medium hot for me and my husband's lamb was a bit peppery but it is a nice little dive and the owner was friendly. I would go back again.

I went to eat lunch buffet at this place which was about 12.99 base (~14.50 after the taxes) which isn’t so bad at all for a buffet. While the food isn’t amazing, it is plenty and filling for a buffet. The chicken bryani was pretty good and there is ample spice in all the rice dishes. The atmosphere is pretty low key and not usually too busy around the lunch time. Would recommend.

The food was yummy. The lemon rice was a vibe. I will try to recreate it at home. The building is a bit older and didnt appear to be busy upon entering. However that was not the case because there were lots of people picking up to go orders. If I return I will do the same. Overall, it was a good experience. It was my husbands first time eating Indian food. He was pleased!!

Ate here a few times before, the food was good to me. Today I tried to order something they didn't have on the menu without realizing, the chef came out and offered to make it for me which I thought was really nice. I thoroughly enjoy this place.

Came for the buffet which was great. I'm not claiming it's authentic because I have no idea but I stuffed my face and was able to skip dinner so it was like 2 meals in one :D It appear the city charges 2 different taxes so the final amount was more like $18 after tax and tip but I assume this is the norm for the area (tourist)

Hands down best and most true Indian hot cuisine in Richmond.
I had the pleasure of enjoying this food while on-call for Thanksgiving. The hospital cafeteria was overrun and Spice of India saved the day.
Best thanksgiving of all time.

The first Indian restaurant we have tried here in Richmond. The food is great, wonderful flavors wonderful spices. They have a great deal for $10.99 for an all you can lunch buffet I highly recommend that !!
if you go in and order to take out at dinner time.. butter chicken and rice or butter chicken and non is almost $14... and the picture I took shows how much you get, great flavor but not good value..
The staff are very friendly!!!

parking is as most places in downtown Richmond a hassle...
but the lunch buffet is worth it!!
