This was one of the fastest Chickfilas I've ever been in! Everyone was polite and professional and fast. The food was delicious too!

Clean location! Fast and fresh food. At the end a team member came by and offered hand wipes and mints, which came in handy for our toddler!

I'm wondering if the horrible reviews on here actually belong to the free standing CFA across Broad. We've been THERE several times & have had horrible service & cold food & the place is filthy. We stumbled across The Shoppes at Willow Lawn location today and it was awesome - great service, great food, super clean.

Probably the best chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. The place is clean, spotless actually. They were wiping down tables one minute after customers left and sweeping the floor constantly. The customer service was great. The workers were kind and patient. They were efficient and just on top of their game. Food was hot! They even had freshly cut flower arrangements on each table! Would highly recommend this restaurant as opposed to other locations.
