Lovely atmosphere. Clean. Quiet. The server was great! I'm bad at names but I believe it was Nathaniel. Very knowledgeable about the drinks and food. He was also personable and polite. He took very great care of us! Highly recommended 😊
Lovely experience here, despite being busy. We had reservations, but again with Mother's day we unfortunately did not sit until 20 mins after. The atmosphere was nice and chill and my family and I had a nice rounded table booth. Our waiter, I believe his name was Nathan(?) Was very kind and attentive to my family's needs. The food is family style, and out of the options we chose, the Mongolian beef was the best! Nice grilled flavor. The drinks were pretty good as well! I would indeed recommend this place for family gatherings!
We’ve dined at this location 3 times and all experiences were awesome. Tad pricey but food is delicious and presented well. Favorites are the short rib with pineapple rice (30 dollars) shrimp tempura, calamari tempura, and their take on apple pie ice cream for dessert
I had never been to this restaurant, but when I tell you this place had it going on, it had it going on! From walking in and being seated promptly to the above and beyond waiters' welcoming hospitality. The kitchen did their thing with the meal, and I wish I'd taken a picture to post because taste and presentation were awesome. If I travel back to this area, I will definitely make my dinner choice here!
Celebrated some family birthdays and had Gabrielle as our server. She was very friendly and patient with our order as had a number of members of our party that needed extra time. The apps came out promptly and our entrees did as well. Everything was cooked just right and we enjoyed each others company. The atmosphere was warm and inviting which led to longer conversation. Fortunately the restaurant wasn’t crowded which made it easier for us to not be rushed. Great service and great food.
My wife and I haven’t been in quite a while. The dinner was outstanding. I had Orange Chicken and it was by far the best I have ever had, extremely tender and perfect flavor. Candice did very nice job waiting on us. I am very impressed.
I’ve never had a good PF Chang’s experience until today. The food was spectacular and tastier than ever before. Here are some concerns: with at least 8 people front of house, 2 were delivering food at a rapid pace, one person was bartending with additional tables (bless her heart). And the rest of the youth employees were standing around doing no more than auto-regulation. The burden on the staff was greatly misappropriated. You could hear conflicts coming from the back of house. It’s clear the man with the clip on bow tie bought from next door is responsible. The starting plates had dry noodles on them and not washed completely through the machine. The wooden window blinds are not completely clean either— there was dust flying in from them. Overall, the taste was great. Management was clearly not directing well, and employee stress was striated.
I normally only come a couple times a year, but ended up twice here in the last two weeks with various family members. Both times, our server Nathaniel was amazing and made the experience more pleasurable. The first time we had a group of about 12 at lunch and I think he was the only server for the entire dining room. You would not have known it by the way he waited on our table! Tonight I came for an early dinner with my daughter, and he was also busy but very attentive. My daughter got the miso salmon, I had the Korean glass noodles - both were on point with flavor and everything came out quickly. In an age where restaurant staff is often short-handed or inattentive, the quality of service is why I’m writing this tonight. Kudos to Nathaniel and the rest of the kitchen/waitstaff!
Beautiful interior and exterior, with easy lighting, comfortable seating and dining, stunning Asian statues all in warm brown and red colors. The food was delicious! I had the Crispy Honey with lightly battered chicken and a pleasing honey sauce that was not sweet but flavorful, on top of crisp white noodles, green onions and fried rice. The service was great, prompt and friendly. We never had to ask for anything. This was my first visit to this restaurant. I will definitely be back! It is right off Chippenham Pkwy (Rte 150) in the Stony Point Fashion Park.
We came for a quick dinner to waste a few seconds on the clock for another agenda. The food was good, not the usual P.F. for us. We had to send a plate back for another trial which was also just ok. We gave up after the second exchange. Whoever was on the grill was just cooking that way for the night. Service was great and the atmosphere is a nice touch! Not saying I won't be back due to the night because every place has its ups and downs.
