I loved this place. I just finished some training, a long day. I wanted some authentic tacos, and I was sent here! I ordered outside from the patio. Got a beer while I waited, and before I could finish it, my tacos were ready! Delicious!
Great atmosphere and environment! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Not great parking and service was hit or miss. Everyone was so friendly, but we waited a while for our food and for someone to take our order even though it wasn’t super busy. Outdoor and bar really nicely decorated and fun! Would go again, fish tacos were great! Didn’t get a photo of street corn because we ate it immediately, it was amazing!
The food was just okay to me, my husband and I got tacos (me chicken and beef and him the tinga) and our friends got a quesadilla and burrito. Not bad, just average. I didn’t think their guacamole was amazing, but their salsas were decent. A cool spot to hang out with friends, though!
Glad I got an opportunity to try this place today. I found the food to be quite fresh and tasty portions were great so if you're a heavy eater this is a great place for you.
We absolutely love this place and make it a regular stop whenever we’re in town. Prices are decent and the food is fantastic. While I’m never a huge fan of Mexican restaurants that charge you for chips, I would say theirs are almost worth it. A little thick and well-done with a trio of salsas that are all good. Among my family we’ve tried just about every meat option and they’re all good in whatever entree type you choose.
Got the burrito with chicken as my protein and my girlfriend got the bowl. Fantastic margarita. We both enjoyed our food. Only complaint would be that I couldn't really understand why the bowl is a dollar extra for no tortilla, no side, not much more food. Asked for chips to go with it and they were really good, definitely made in house. Cool environment overall. Small space but very lively.
Got the Taco Tuesday ($2 fish tacos from 5-6pm) and it was fairly good! All of the workers are really nice, love that they have a patio, and the Happy Hour deals are pretty solid too. Would recommend during their Happy Hour times! (They also have Meatless Mondays for vegetarian tacos which is good to know)
Super delicious food! Just went for apps and margs, but so good. Our fav was the corn. But nachos were also quite delicious. And the house marg wasn't overly sweet so I also enjoyed it. Service was great and everything came quickly. Definitely wanna return to try the tacos. 🌮😍 and would recommend for anyone looking for some good food and a nice place to hang out.
We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and had no wait for a table. We sat on the patio with so many gorgeous plants. The server and hostess were really friendly and attentive. We started the meal with an order of the street corn, which came with two pieces. I could’ve eaten this as my meal and would’ve been satisfied because it was so delicious. We also liked the bottomless chips with homemade sauce. The chips were really thick, almost like pita chips. The sauces were yummy. We shared four tacos for $13, with a variety of proteins. My favorite were the fish tacos. The carnita taco was good and my husband liked his grilled chicken taco. They have a small menu, but they’ve perfected it. The prices were great and we were stuffed after eating. Our water was replenished without even asking. When we left, we were thanked for coming by the friendly hostess. This was our first visit and we can’t wait to return.
We grabbed lunch before our movie down the street. A fantastic place to grab a bite to eat, good drinks and good food. The service is quick and attentive, and our server Hannah did an awesome job. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant! I got a quesadilla with rope vieja, my partner got one with braised chicken, and her friend got a burrito bowl with chicken too. We also got mixed drinks and a beer, my pina colada was good, and my partner’s drink called the “Inside Voice” was mixed well! I was surprised there was no Mojito options on the menu. We also ordered an appetizer of chips and jalapeño queso. Which the chips are made in a more rigid fashion, the queso was cheesy but not spicy. As someone who was born and raised in Miami and traveled to and from Puerto Rico, I was surprised by the rope veija missing olives and peppers. My pina colada was mixed well but was more viscous than I expected. Usually a pina colada has more of a slush like texture. Now Su Boca is a San Fransisco based Mexican experience, which I’m not as familiar with but to call this authentic Mexican / hispanic would be close but no cigar. I feel a great addition to Su Boca’s menu could include some amazing Arepas! Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I’d love to see what changes before my next visit!
