Chicken Fiesta is absolutely delicious. I have had almost everything on their menu, and have never been disappointed. It is very affordable, and get more than you pay for. The staff and service is always wonderful, and the restaurant is always extremely clean. I highly recommend it.

Smells so good when you walk in the front door!!! Absolutely the best charcoal rotisserie chicken I have ever had, not dry but moist and seasoned perfectly, cooked well all the way to the bone. The rice was excellent as well as the Cole slaw. The price was extremely surprising very reasonable. The beef taco was very good and much larger than expected with fresh vegetables & plenty of sour cream. Service was excellent & staffed well for a busy lunch, & was clean. I will be returning and telling my friends to come check this place out!! "Chicken Fiesta Midlothian you all rock it!!!"

This place is as good as everyone else is saying! The staff are wonderful and the food even more so! If you're in the area and looking for some super delicious yummy scrumptious chicken, look no further than Chicken Fiesta! It'll be a party in your mouth!

Loved the food and the staff!! The place is small so kind of cramped. We did not see any restrooms either. It is worth it though. Great salad and fajitas.

Was visiting the area and decided to stop in because of the delicious smells emanating from here. I ordered the rib & chicken combo and carne asada. Talk about good!! I don’t know what the white and green sauces that came with the meals were, but they definitely complimented the dishes. The service was fast also! If & when I’m back in the area I’m definitely stopping in here again.

Pricey but worth it. This is not fast food. It's delicious with real seasonings and fresh food. Well worth waiting 5-10 mins for a plate.

Excellent place, menu is amazing, food is so rewarding. but unlike the other location.... Parking is a disaster, and super tight. Car pool if you can.
