This is my go-to location for pizza. I always have a pleasant experience, but Anna is one of the most pleasant customer service employees I have ever encountered. The manager is great, too. This location has really made itself the easy choice against nearby alternatives.
Having been a steady customer for over 5 years, what brings me back time after time is that I found this to be the best pizza value in Raleigh. You get a consistently good large pizza for a great price, and I happen to like the cheese, tomato sauce, and pizza dough Little Caesars uses, as well as their pepperoni and Italian sausage. In fact, I actually prefer LC pizzas over those from Papa John's and Domino's, in large part because of the better taste of the dough they use. Sometimes simple is better, particularly if there is no trade-off in the quality and the price is unbeatable. My only complaint is that they haven't been too generous with the pepperoni of late. (I hope that's only a short-term aberration.) If it weren't for that I'd give them 5 stars.
I called the store and spoke with a nice lady. I went there today, to find out that Lady wrote me name down and fixed the situation. I decided to buy a second pizza, just because I wanted to.
The pizzas were soft, cheesy. and nothing was burnt.
I will continue buying pizza from this location.
Pizza ready to carry out! Fast! The black lady who works at lunch is so friendly and has a smile for her customers. The lunch combo is a deal with a small deep dish and a soda for a bit over $5. The deep dish has a combo of mozzarella abd Munster... So good.
Great price and usually very fast service. Call ahead on off times if you want it ready quickly or for special items. Now they support their own app and you can order ahead easily, ready when you arrive. Note on the picture - they've updated since that was taken.
Placed an order to pick up from the reserve-n-ready oven in the front so I didn’t get to interact with the employees. But our order was very good and it was done quickly and correctly. No hassle picking it up!
My order was ready ahead of time, accurate, and the people here are as cool as cool can get! Forget Papa John's and Domino's people, make Little Caesars THE PLACE to go for real pizza once again!
It's okay but their pizzas not all that great. I guess you get what you pay for. When I had to complain about the price that wasn't what I was told the woman at the counter got an attitude with me
Always make good pizza and customer service has been great. I grab a $5 pizza from them probably once every 1-2 weeks.
Friendly customer service. Pizza looked like one for a advertising picture and tasted great too. Will be back again.
