I’ve been coming here every once in a while for about 2 months and have had great service every time, the employees are super nice and the drinks are always as I’ve ordered them. They have a great outdoor seating area as well. Today I jokingly mentioned having a rough day and the barista surprised me with a free drink, I could’ve cried cause they were so supportive and nice about it. Anyway, A+ humans and a great location. Give them your business :)
This location was open on Christmas! Was expectingly crowded. Everything ran smoothly. Order processed timely and accurately!

Great place to use the Internet and get some coffee!! Wide variety of drinks and flavored beverages for a decent price 👌 not always the most quality but definitely does the trick! Hard-pressed to find another consistent chain of coffee shops - this one has good chairs too and lots of space!! Several couches and comfy chairs for just reading or something 😊
A fairly nice location. There can be a crowd here, but even when there isn't the staff seems to be busy. It might be that the mobile orders are very popular at this location. As a result, service can be slow, and the location may be a bit unclean at times, with trash cans overflowing and a messy island.
I loved the seating in this location. Lots of indoor seating areas, as well as lounge-type seats and spaces outdoors. I can definitely see it being a comfortable space to do some work or simply relax with a book or friends during pleasant weather.
Typical Starbucks. My egg whit wrap was a bit dried out, but overall the place was fine.
Note, it’s a bit har to find in the plaza when you pull in. I did some circling until I figured out where it was tucked away. Also, no drive through.
Despite being right off 540 there’s no drive thru, not a big deal because I typically order ahead pickup. The parking lot on the other hand is an absolute mess with all right outs and weird traffic patterns- but clearly that’s not Starbucks fault, rather some planning guy somewhere who made a pretty plan but with no function. :) Either way, drink was ready quickly and made right.
Great service and always great drinks. We often get extra ice in our Frappuccino’s and not every store keeps the sweetness balance the same, but this one does.
I have seen reviews saying "not friendly" or worse.... If you want coffee this is the place, if you want a friend then feed an animal. This store can be extremely busy in the morning so expect a wait or mobile order early. Staff is trained and hard working but not always your chat friend. Management has completely turned this store around from a year ago.
I mobile ordered the morning of 12/2 and although my order wasn't completely ready when I arrived (the food was ready, the drink was not) as soon as I mentioned my order the guys working today were already on it. You could tell the 4 or 5 guys that worked this morning were HUSTLING. This Starbucks always seems busy the few times I've gone here, so I'm just leaving this review to say I appreciate the people who were working today; I got my order and I got to work on time thanks to them
The baristas are awesome here!! The place is always busy but the wait is never long.
