I have seen reviews saying "not friendly" or worse.... If you want coffee this is the place, if you want a friend then feed an animal. This store can be extremely busy in the morning so expect a wait or mobile order early. Staff is trained and hard working but not always your chat friend. Manage

I've seen some negative reviews for this location, but I've never had any issues. Yes, sometimes it takes a while to get your drink, but that's because they have a million mobile orders being placed. I don't think the system stops accepting them once they reach a certain amount, but I could be wrong
