This place will be dearly missed. First introduced in middle school when my friends parents ordered delivery from medlin. Living in Apex we ordered from the cary location. In highschool my boyfriend worked there and so much time spent on falls. Now I live in the mountains but drove "home" just to get my favorites one last time. Thank you for all the memories. You guys will always be the best!
Fabulous pizza. Sorry they closed after 31 years. The last weeks I ate pizza once a week and have another in the freezer. Time to find another take out place. So sad. Good luck guys with your next adventure.
I was so sad to get the email last Thursday saying they’ve decided to close soon.
I adore this place. When I lived close I would eat here a couple of times a month now it’s a handful of times a year. But the chicken cordon blu pizza is always on point and I love the spinach salad with the house made dressing.

Capital Creations is one of our all-time Raleigh favorites. We have been enjoying their pizzas and equally delicious salads for over 20 years. The establishment itself is no frills, to be sure, but their creations are consistently top-notch. Our favorites are the Wintergarten (we substitute provolone for the pepper-jack) and Artichoke Jubilee pizzas. We often pair one or both with a salad and will even over-order so we have leftovers! I HIGHLY recommend Capital Creations Gourmet Pizza.
Capital Creations has been around since I was a kid, and I’m 40. They are consistently some of the best pizza in Raleigh and have consistently maintained that level since I was young.
Their salads are top notch.
Their ingredients are fresh.
Their salad dressings are all homemade and amazing.
And now their ribs are also equally as awesome.

Captial Creations Pizza is the best kept secret in Raleigh. Jim and his crew are experts in their craft and customer service. The mouth watering pies, ribs, and salads (homemade dressings) are literally unlike anything you’ve ever tasted in your life. In every bite you will taste the freshness and love. Every time my family or friends come to town Capital Creations is on the To-Do-List, and I have had them in the past to cater events for me. EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious!
Great pizza, great salads, great dips and bread!!! Haven't tried the ribs yet but I bet they are delicious as everything here is amazing. The cool summer pie with lemon tahini instead of raspberry vinaigrette is my favorite. Takeout only, call ahead and try something different!
Pizza’s were delicious! We had the Pesky Chicken and Hercules. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. We will definitely be ordering again ☺️
Easily my favorite pizza place in Raleigh.
Friendly staff who are good about picking up the phone and delicious food. There is no seating area, inside or outside, however, the pick-up area is always clean and well lit.
Pretty unique little spot that has pizzas with a twist on the usuals. Also, what other pizza joint can you buy big, meat ribs? The ribs are great- tons of meat on the bone and flavorful. I love that they throw in extra sauce and hand wipes without even asking! That’s just going the extra mile and makes ordering from there that much better.
Loved both our pizza, ribs, and the artichoke spread. For those more adventurous pizza eaters, this place is for you.
