Some of the best food around, hands down! We always go here as a group, usually once a week. We have a great time & enjoy the atmosphere & usually get some of the best service ever. I highly recommend it to anyone in the local area!
Excellent attentive service, wonderful food that came out quickly, great atmosphere m. This place is run right! Kudos to the Management- you clearly know what you're doing! Hostess, waiter, other servers were courteous, professional and on point!!!! We will definitely be back. Also our server, Austin was terrific! Greatvattentive service.

I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had fried shrimp dinner. Both were excellent. Great place in the Wakefield area if you haven't been you should go. We'll definitely be back ‼️
Food was excellent as always. Our server, Jordan, did an outstanding job. She was professional, knew the menu and was friendly. The ONLY reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due to an incident that happened as we were leaving. My wife tripped and fell because of a rug in the entryway. A kind man helped get her back on her feet. He said he had also fallen under same circumstances. Recommend that manager take hard look at the rug and maybe replace it with a more appropriate rug or mat.
We love hanging out here especially outside when they have music. Their patio is pet friendly and service is always spectacular. The manager or maybe owner not sure is always walking around checking on people making sure everyone is happy and having a great time!! She's always super friendly and helpful and really a nice touch to see that someone cares and enjoys their job!!🥰👍 Update - another great dining experience with friends on Tue Trivia night, I add more food photos as we go. 👌
This place was phenomenal! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW Amazing the service was! I was waiting on by this young woman name, Jessie and oh my goodness her service from beginning to end was like no other! I sat down with my eight year old daughter, and nine month old nephew, and I cannot begin to brag enough on how intense if she was! She had so many good recommendations, which I use them all! She took so much time with my daughter I was floored! Our food came out, hot, fresh and super fast! I never had to ask for anything twice! I’m so confused at how I’ve never been here before this was our first time, but definitely will not be my last. I cannot wait to come back for date night with my better half.! Thank you again so much Jessie for such an amazing experience! Oh yeah, the coconut Mojito is to die for and the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are better than I’ve ever had! The portions here are ginormous!
Had lunch at Wakefield Tavern with a good friend. We both enjoyed a nice Saturday Morning Hazy IPA from Neuse Brewing! I had a Cowboy Burger with grilled onions, cheddar cheese and jalapeños but no bacon or BBQ sauce. I like BBQ sauce on chicken but not on a burger. My friend had the Patty Melt on Rye bread! I really enjoy this tavern and go there every time I’m in the area!
This was our first time visiting we've heard a lot about the place and it was across the street from one of our other favorite places we like to go to.
Had a nice atmosphere We love the fact that had the Chicago Bears games on the TV.. I have the chicken Caesar wrap which is very good with tater tots we had chicken wings a pasta dish, a patty melt and the pretzel plate everything was very good very good service great hospitality very friendly I'm definitely going back and highly recommended It is probably going to be another one of my favorite places to go
Food was incredible. I had a breakfast burger and it transported me to a world of pure serenity and flavor.
nice little spot in wakefield! food was better than your average sports bar and it has a nice homey feel. servers look like local high schoolers and were all kind. wings were delicious and the crab + shrimp alfredo was fantastic!! philly egg rolls were my favorite! bartender was generous with cocktails! yum!
As a traveler, my husband and I usually come here when we are visiting. It's always great. A warm and inviting atmosphere where the drinks are great and the people are friendly. There was awesome love music when we were there last.
Holy S##T this food was good! Hands down my new favorite place. Our server was awesome, she knew her stuff and helped us make tasty choices. Draft beers were great and the burger I had was the best. They have this dip that goes with the sweet potato fries, I could have drank that stuff! I can't wait to go back!!
