I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.
As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.

Chick-fil-A continues not to let me down; always a pleasant experience. I was greeted with a warm welcome and my order was ready back and prepared correctly. Food came out quickly, made fresh, and all was hot. Even at the malls the staff maintains it's pleasantness and professionalism.

This crew of people are the definition of team work. When you enter they make you fill at home. Manager Deonte and crew member Deana were so delightful to talk and customer service was impeccable. Owner Terry is a man about his business....wonderful job building and awesome Team!

Arrived right at open on a Saturday morning. Greeted by warm smiles and a friendly staff. After getting through their line of customers, the Chick-fil-A employees walked around checking on us to ensure a good experience.
