I eat a lot of Chick-fil-A, I mean 5-6 times a week for 14 years. This store became my favorite but times have changed. Most of the employees go beyond the call of duty on Emory rd but if you're traveling on I-75 I would recommend Clinton hwy store. Team members are very friendly here too. I know it looks like a bit more of a drive from 75 but time being a factor it's the same. Neither of these stores have kids playground open :( July 6, 2022 when I asked I was told there are no plans to open play area.

The tables weren't clean. The floors were dirty. My husband called after the lady who brought our food, because she hadn't brought the shake, but she seemed not to hear. So I went up to the counter to ask for the shake and two women up there just stared at me (including the one who had just brought our food.) A gentleman offered to make it for me. I got back to the table and my daughter asked for the pickles off my sandwich. When I lifted the bun I saw the saddest pickle of my life -- just one pickle, mind you. It was about the diameter of a nickle, yellow, and sliced so thin it was transparent. There were no napkins at all and no utensils, so we had to go up to the counter again. It was the worst chick fil a experience I've ever had. As we were leaving, I noticed on the wall of the entryway a sign stating the "operator cares" and there was a spot for his or her photograph and another spot the size of an 8.5" X 11" paper. Both were blank. No info on manager or owner. Nothing. That says everything about how much they care. We will make sure not to return.

Only Chick-Fil-A that I’ve ever experienced a rude staff at. I love CFA and frequent locations. Never this one again. I have had 3 bad experiences here with the staff just being rude. I’m not a difficult customer and honestly you could give me the complete wrong food and drink and I’ll be okay with it and eat it. You could give me a salad when I ask for a sandwich I don’t care. I’m super easy going and honestly have no clue why this staff always has stick where it shouldn’t be.

The taste, as always, was great. But im deeply saddened that a medium sized fast food combo meal was over $12.
I got the bbq grilled chicken bacon sandwich. It was tasty. But for $12, I'll never order it again.

This Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorites. From friendly n helpful staff members to quality food and fast service. I believe the longest I've spent in this Chick-fil-A was 10 minutes n that's bc I asked for no salt on my fries. Anytime I'm in the area, this location is on my list to stop at

The high chairs were nasty. I went through all of them and they were sticky and dirty. The place was not busy at the time we visited and yet even some of tables were dirty. This is disappointing to me for Chick-fil-A not to care about cleanliness during a time when cleanliness is important to people. I wish I would have taken photo because it was unbelievable.

This is single handedly the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever encountered. I order a large fry, they give me a small. I ask for Chick-fil-A sauce (the only sauce they have that I actually like) and they give me nothing but ranch. I order a frosted coffee. It’s nearly completely melted by the time I get it. Disappointing.

This was the dirtiest Chick-fil-A we have ever been to trash was over flowing and bathroom was filthy. We had to ask several for parts of our order as well, which didn't go over well with the cashier who was very rude about it. Very disappointed.
