Starbucks

I just really love this Starbucks location and here is why!1.They have chocolate powder out so I can help myself! 2. Everyone is sooo sweet and always smiling! 3.They know you by name and wish you happy weekend every time! ( im a regular)! 4.One of the baristas helped out a mom and brought her the drink to her table, since the mom was pushing a stroller,holding a baby and a lot of bags with her! Made me happy seeing that! 5.They have free samples ones in a while.6. It’s always clean!

This is by far the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. They aren't trained to make drinks like they do at literally every other store in the US. When I brought back my drink that was made incorrectly the manager (bleached hair, fake lashes and tattoos) got upset with me and told me the other stores were making it wrong. Then made it worse! I had to take it back to another Starbucks because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. Someone needs to go in there and train them on drink consistency and customer service.

Located in the bottom of the Standard Plaza building, this Starbucks boasts an unconventionally large seating area - most likely aimed at accommodating the higher traffic from employees within the building as well as being next to a bus stop. Has several tables of various sizes, seats and stools along the windows, corner couch-like seats, etc. Not a location I'd want to prop open a laptop and do some creative thinking in however, i.e. can get pretty hectic at times. Products and service is what you would expect from (most) Starbucks - fast and friendly. The staff here are pretty good at learning your name and/or order if you are a regular customer.
