Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Waited over 40 minutes for my online order (still wasn’t ready by that time). 4 goons behind the counter completely messing around. The place was a mess. They had NO food prepared. There were 15 people ahead of me waiting. One of the idiots working was munching on chips meanwhile they told one of the customers they were all out. No idea how a place like this is still in business. MANAGEMENT- WAKE UP, WHERE ARE YOU?!

The food was fine, but the staff could use some work. It seems like moral is low and nobody was in a good mood. Plus, since the door to the bathroom needs a code, when I asked for it, the worker responded like it was a huge inconvenience. Also, the store, design wise, acknowledges the parking lot and has its back to the street: poor urban design!

I have been to so many chipotle but this has so far been the worst. Chipotle has its standards and hence people choose that one of it being cleanliness and this place should not even get one star for it. If anyone authorized is reading this they should definitely be focusing on keeping the place clean and hygienic.

I have lived in many states and have been to a lot of chipotles all around the United States. This one takes the cake in being the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The slowest services, rude employees, and I consistently get horrible portions. I just paid $17 to get a lifestyle bowl that looks like this. Every burrito I get is extremely small. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Refunded me after a few emails. We ordered online a week ago Sunday took orders for 4 meals and when we arrived to pick up closed locked up. We weren’t the only one this happened to multiple people and delivery drivers trying to get orders they had ordered and had been paid for. If the location is closed I’m not sure how online orders are being taken and charged. This is not the first time this has happened to us. It was not too difficult to get refunded but disappointed that we didn’t get lunch at Chipotle that day.

We ordered online for this location and when we arrived at 6:10 p.m. as instructed there was no one at the restaurant. The website took our payment despite there being no one there to fulfill our order. Is this location closed? If so please turn off online ordering and place a sign on the door. What a waste of time, energy, and money if you are not savvy enough to get refunded. There were many, and I'm saying four or five parties of customers that were disappointed last night. Will not attempt to order from any Chipotle ever again after this experience.

Kennebec Street Portland is the absolute worst Chipotle that I have ever went to! I went there once last year found the food less than good. My daughter and I tried this location once more as the Chipotle on the Mall Road in Portland had closed at 3 p.m. that day because it is short-staffed. Terrible experience! The young man who gathered my daughters steak rice bowl and my chicken rice bowl was very courteous and did a great job, the girl that ran the register and waited on me had no customer service skills told me when I gave her the money that they had no change to give me I told her that was okay I thought she meant actual change, I then stood there and said can I have my $5 and she said oh I don't know I will check and see if we have it and she acted as though she was looking through the draw for a few seconds and then just pulled out a $5 bill and handed it to me. The food was terrible steak and the chicken was overcooked and all dried out my daughter ate a little bit of her food as did I and we threw the rest out when we got home. Never going back to this location!
