My two sons were in line for at least five minutes were never treated or acknowledged I stood with them for another eight minutes still nothing. So we just walked out.
Their was no line no one else waiting and the person behind the counter completely ignored our presence or even let us know she would help us in a minute or anything. If I could I would not even give it one star.

Very fast and pleasant service. Down side is that it's in a grocery store, so you have to find parking. Sometimes that parking is at the other end of the lot. But hey! That workout is good for you.

Young lady said I had to call my order in 24 hours ahead of time for a blond traveler. Trying to buy Starbucks for the Healthcare Workers this morning and got this pushback. Rediculous service. No one in line behind me. She could have easily brewed the blinds coffee and sent me on way. Went to another Starbucks (Safeway) and the lady took care of me. Starbucks leadership, I think you need to address your inconsistencies here.
