Siete Estrellas in Tigard, Oregon is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican cuisine. As someone born and raised in Mexico, I have been disappointed by many so-called "authentic" Mexican restaurants in the States. However, Siete Estrellas is the real deal. Their tacos are the epitome of true Mexican flavors, with fresh ingredients and simple, authentic recipes. The hand-made tortillas are a testament to their dedication to quality. The meat is cooked to perfection, and the vegetables are grilled to perfection. Even the salsa is made in a traditional molcajete. The attention to detail and the love put into each dish is evident. Not only is the food delicious, but the prices are also very reasonable. I have been a loyal customer for a year now, and I have never been disappointed. The consistency and made-to-order approach ensure that every visit is a satisfying experience. Unlike other restaurants, they don't pre-cook the meat, which adds to the freshness and flavor. Three of their tacos are enough to satisfy my cravings. The expertise of the seven ladies in the kitchen is evident in every bite. Hands down the BEST Mexican restaurant around! The food is excellent! My wife ordered the fajita salad and I had the bronco burrito. Huge portions for a such a good price! Also, their salsa is so flavorful. Friendly staff with excellent customer service! Definitely will be back and tell others to patron!

I found this Mexican 🇲🇽restaurant excellent, very clean, easy read menus, very tasty food, people Friendly, lots of food at very reasonable prices. I ordered the 2 tacos,beans (Carne Asada) and Mexican rice, but the homemade salsa was outstanding. My partner had the Tostadas( de pollo)huge meal. We totally recommend Taqueria Seven Estrellas, who love mexican cuisine (homemade). Off the Main Street in a strip mall. Muchas Gracias ❗️

I've been looking for a Mexican restaurant in this area that I would return to. I found it by accident across the obscure little street from Summit Salon Academy. I had a #3 combination: two enchiladas (one with chicken) and a chili relleno. That relleno was as big as my hand and stuffed full. The enchiladas were delicious, fluffy rice, and the beans were not runny. The chef's special sauce is wonderful. This was two full meals for me for $16.00. I'll definitely be back.
