7-eleven

Sat eve, I went in to purchase an item that I purchase on a regular basis, and had the change to cover it; however the price was raised since I was last there. When arriving again with extra cash I inquired to see the purchase wrang in front of me to confirm the price, and he scowled at me and sat back in his chair with his arms folded and nodded the cash register, I don't know what I'm supposed too be looking at, so I asked. Then he sat up abruptly and yelled at me, "Where's the money", Do you have the money? If not get out!" I was in shock, I took out the money and counted it in front of him, "Good you have it then", and gave me my purchase and I left. Seriously I have never been treated that way.. and WOW!!.. From a 7-11 employee. If you really don't need your item, and possibly be GREATLY DISRESPECTED, than I suggest avoiding 18th Tacoma 7-11.

I frequent this location at least twice a week. For sure the clerks know who I am. The other night I went in and got a Big Gulp. In place of the normal cups were cups of the exact same size that said Large on them instead. When I went to pay the clerk told me that next time I needed to use the correct cup. I let him know these were THE ONLY cups stocked in the correct size. He repeated himself, saying this time it was ok but next time I had to use a Big Gulp cup. The way he said it was extremely rude. In a friendly tone I told him to go look, that there weren't ANY over there. Because there was another customer waiting to pay he did not go look. Since then the cups have not changed back to the normal cups. I thought the next time maybe he would apologize but he didn't.

I came to the store on Sunday, February 23, 2020. Where is experience I’ve ever had at the 7-Eleven because of the tall white boy with glasses working there was the rudest person I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Rude condescending attitude to every customer around, treating everyone in the store poorly, disrespectful, and rude during check out. I really wish I was rude back. I regret being so nice when he was being so rude to me. So I am writing this because this guys existence shouldn’t be in front of people with how he treats others while interacting. This is the closest convenience store to my work. It’s a shame because it is so close, but I will never be coming back. I spent $30 at this store on Sunday, and I left with an experience that should have NEVER happened.

After a technical issue with the card reader, I was yelled at without provocation by a sales associate, with a name tag reading “Deva.” The card worked on a different reader without issue after he spent ten minutes trying and then took care of another customer on the other register. I was given the wrong item and was missing one. When I re-entered, Deva had excessive difficulty getting the proper item and told me to leave without the items. I refused. I was unable to obtain one of the items completely. Deva is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. This was the worst convenience store experience I have had, even after having lived on the East Coast and Detroit previously.

Like any other 7-11. Good pricing and good selection... They have good customer service.. Their food bar looks good, many people seem to buy it, I haven't tried it yet.. Not very easy to park and get out of their parking lot on a busy day.. but it's probably the best choice in the area that I have found so far...
