If you’re willing to spend $12+ on a good sandwich, you’ll love this place. If $12 seems too expensive for a sandwich, there’s no pleasing you. Warm, fresh-baked bread, high quality meats sliced at the right thickness, good condiments, good pickles. This fast-casual spot serves everything to-go, but don’t let the bread cook down before you take your first bite.

SUPER good sandwich; got The Godfather on Dutch Crunch bread. Bun was perfect. Crunchy outside and soft on the inside, doesn’t get soggy! Meats for it were very high quality. Would definitely eat here again.

Some of the best sandwiches is town, but order early as they run out fast!

Delicious sandwiches. The bread is out of this world. It was neat ordering on the kiosks because it felt easy to customize everything and you could explore the options. Was really busy but I get why. It's super good.

Ordered a Godfather on Italian bread... Let me say I grew up near Philly, the home of the sub. This took me right back there, hands down the finest sub I have had in 40+ years. I don't get to Portland often, but I will be back at least once each time I am here. A wonderful discovery. Thank you from a real sandwich lover. Lousy parking.

Make sure you get there early enough. Once they sell all their fresh baked bread, they close for the day. Last time I was there on a Sunday they closed around 12:30 or 1:00pm.

Let me start by saying - I love this business model! You're open until you sell out each day. I have to imagine this reduces waste exponentially, and is far more sustainable. I point this out because there are so many negative reviews complaining about this. Order ahead, online! Now with the housekeeping out of the way, let me start by saying The Godfather sandwich has ruined me. I have just come to the conclusion is the best sandwich I've eaten in my entire life and that's all there is to it. The dutch crunch bread cannot be described and must simply be tried. The fresh baked cookies, are perfectly gooey and washing it all down with a real sugar filled coca-cola? Pretty sure no matter what kind of day, or even life you're having... it's going to be 100% better after eating here.

It saddens me because the food is amazing and the people are nice but they sell out way too early in the day ALL the time. I try to stop by a couple times a month and have missed out on more than a few occasions. if you're past the lunch hour, you're probably out of luck. I'm sure it's strategic so they don't have food waste or have less hours, but the ingredient ordering/planning hurdle is a miss. Get there early if you want it!

Damn, this is one of the best veggie sammiches I've had. I like that the lettuce is finely cut, the pepper salad is super tasty on there, and the dutch crunch bread is perfection. They also have Tofurky ham. Yum.

Dutch crunch bread Godfather sandwich is one of the best ever consumed in my opinion. Bread had the right crisp and texture. Even better when eaten when stuck during a bridge lift. Never made it home. Thanks Nic.
