Giants Ny Pizza & Subs

Giants has everything going for them when it comes to pizza by the slice, so it may be a while before I get to explore other items on the menu. It may seem strange, but the one thing that jumped out at me was that this may be the only by-the-slice place I've ever been to that had convenient parking. Typically these businesses are in neighborhoods that are great for walking (Hawthorne, NW 23rd, inner Division, anywhere in NYC) but you never know how far away you'll need to leave your car. As for the food, this plus-sized cart turns out lovely slices - perfect ratio of cheese to sauce on a thin crust that has a bit of crunch and a bit of chew. The combination of being able to pull into the parking lot next to the cart, and then get a slice (or two) hot from the oven makes Giants the best kind of fast food experience I can think of. And, I really want to try their sandwiches some time...

Best pizza on this side of town! I used to drive across the east side for a good New york style pie, but now I can go to Giants NY! Great crust, great sauce and the owner lady is super friendly! I go here a lot because I want them to succeed. And because it's bomb pizza! Oh and it's reasonably priced too. They rock

Came here for dinner two nights ago and got the vegan supremo with mushrooms, banana peppers and tomatoes. It was delicious! We ordered garlic rolls as well and the owner said he made them fresh to ensure they were vegan(no cheese). The pizza was some of the best vegan pizza we've had! We will definitely be back.

Tried to order a large pizza at $19..add a topping at $1.50. They wanted to charge $25 because adding on toppings makes it a create your own and you are then charged by each topping..for adding single one. Terrible customer service. No other food truck( or everyday restaurant) I’ve been to anywhere does this..maybe at fine dinning but not at an everyday restaurant. Get a better ordering system or be upfront with cost on the menu. $25 for a 12” is madness even during these hard times in..my opinion.

Amazing pizza! We got the Giant Supreme with vegan cheese (diet sensitivities) and straight up the best pizza we've had in Portland! Every part is amazing - the sauce, crust and topping combos were wicked good! As former New Englanders we love a good NY style to bring us back and this place does it! The owner is also super friendly and loves to tell you about all of the thought and passion that goes into his cooking. Absolutely going to be coming back to enjoy more delicious food.

You've never had better pizza than this. Eugene makes the best pie in Stumptown. I've been hooked on Giants since the OG location opened, and I'll make the drive to support this lovely family business to any location they go. Please cook mine just a *liiiiitle* crispy on the bottom. Authentic NY style, perfect every single time 👌 Now that's what I call a pizza!
