Great new African Fashion exhibit with a local Black artists exhibit. It was well put together with a combination of provocative pieces in each. Love the staff and always happy to support art.

It's a wonderful museum with a great exhibit going on right now on Black art. A definite worthwhile visit while you're in Portland.

We went to the Black Artists of Oregon exhibit. The artwork was breathtaking, raw, and deeply touching. I highly recommend this exhibit.

Toured the Guillermo del Toro exhibit today. ❤️ loved it! Lots of sets, behind the scenes information, tearing the animation into parts, and describing how it's made. We really enjoyed our visit.

So unique place! We were surprised to find so many original art works and amazing exhibitions at that place. Love it!

I have had the opportunity to visit this museum multiple times, and I must say it is great. However, it is worth noting that certain sections of the museum are currently undergoing renovations.
With that being said, if you're an animation enthusiast, make sure not to miss the Crafting Pinocchio exhibition. It provided me with a deeper understanding of the intricate process and the tremendous effort invested by the team in bringing this movie to life. It is one of my most favorite exhibitions! There are also some related events, check them out.

Fantastic walk through experience. Making Pinocchio was fascinating, still life galleries kept me enthralled for hours, and a good variety of pieces in these collections.
PAM does feel pretty small for a city the size of Portland. Though I visited the museum during exhibit changing and moving so at least 2 spaces were closed.

Such an awesome museum! Even the park across the museum is chill! Multiple floors to take in all the art and its divided into different floors on different building with an underground walkway to the areas. The special art was from Guillermo del Toro and his Pinocchio film which was amazing seeing how intricate it was made.

My second time at this lovely little museum. While their exhibitions are always top-notch, be aware that only half of the museum is on display while they finish their renovations. I would've still paid the admission to get in, but I think it would've been appropriate to let guests know that ahead of paying for a fairly expensive admission. Still, a lovely time and a beautiful curation.

The art museum is amazing. There's so many different artists on display. Different styles of art, sculptures and paintings that it was almost overwhelming. I highly recommend you pace yourself
