People, this food is not good for you and prolly overpriced…but gosh darn is it convenient and tasty. I really need to stay away from the famous Golden Arches, but they are everywhere and bring back childhood nostalgia. I guess I should by a share of their stock and I can them feel better about eating there.

I am a consistent customer at the Portage Airport McDonald's. They do their best to ensure short wait times, hot quality product and great customer service. They have high standards here for McDonald's. Manager Brian is totally awesome. He resolves complaints quickly and efficiently, and ensures a great experience for customers. I've personally watched him de-escalate situations between customers and staff. He is very informative and goes out of his way to help. I personally recommend visiting this location just to meet Mgr. Brian yourself and to see just how great of a McDonald's he runs here. Great for families and kids. Very clean. Thanks so much Brian!!!

Man the manager said that my hoodie wasn't technically a face covering even tho I wasn't wearing it as a hoodie but a mask. She wouldn't let me speak and was pretty rude about it. She made a comment about how people like me are the problem with society. I was honestly taken aback, but she didn't have to say I smelled like kalamazoo either. That one hurt my feelings. Food was awesome but I'll prolly not stop if I ever see her crossing the street.

I went through the drive up and bought a Big Mac meal. The sandwich and french fries were all hot and good! And nice people waited on us today! 😊
