Great fresh pasta, tried the feature pasta: pan seared scallops with linguini Alfredo. Great price and portion for scallops! Incredibly delicious too. My friend got the Bolognese and added meatballs but the sauce was so full by itself he said next time he'll just get it as it is. Garlic toast was amazing also for such a low price. Love the place. Great find!
Delicious! The cauliflower curry soup was so amazing I was tempted to lick the bowl. The classic Gouda Mac and cheese was solid.
Went for a weekday dinner, wait staff was very helpful and accommodating, pasta was well portioned and delightful. Now I'm pumped to come back and try some of their other pasta!
I had the Pasta Pomodoro with vegetables and chicken. VERY GOOD!!! Fast and Friendly service. Will be back to sample EVERYTHING... see you guys soon and thank you

I could not have been more pleased with both the quality of the food or the customer service at City Fresh pasta. Aware of their rotating weekly menu and two locations, I called to place a delivery order at their North side location, which was closer to my residence downtown. Unfortunately, they did not have two of their most popular items, so I called the Squirrel Hill location to see if I could have any luck there. While they did have the ravioli that I had been craving, the website did not allow me to place a delivery order, saying that my delivery location was not within range or their service. However, Eric came to the rescue, and offered to personally deliver the dish for me. Within 20 minutes, he was outside my building with a fresh, hot order of my smoked mozzarella ravioli and a pleasant attitude. I didn't even get the chance to tip, but wanted to thank Eric so much for going out of his way and making this customer extra happy! It's my last week in Pittsburgh and I didn't want to leave without trying City Fresh pasta. While I don't think I'll be able to venture out to either location in my remaining few days in the city, I am extremely happy with the service I received. Not to mention, I couldn't even bother to take a picture of the ravioli because it was gone in 60 seconds. Incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again, Eric!
Great experience getting take out here - the lady taking my order was exceptionally friendly and helpful, her attitude put me in a good mood. My meal was great - box looks small at first glance but it really is jam packed with food. Meat was cooked very nicely and the pasta itself was very good. What is really sticking in my mind though is the garlic bread... You have to get some of that!
The food here is fantastic. It's definitely low frills atmosphere and a limited menu but everything was fresh and so amazing. BYOB for a corkage fee. The garlic bread is delicious but with four pieces can easily be shared. We will definitely be returning.
This place really lives up to its name! Delicious and fresh pasta. I recommend the A.M.P gnocchi— amazing flavors. Not sure why people are complaining about the portion sizes, they’re perfect, especially when you pair it with a soup, salad, or garlic bread. The staff are also fast and very friendly.
Amazing food that's fresh and tasty! Must visit place if you're on Murray avenue!
