Although a somewhat limited and unsurprising menu selection, the cleanliness and seating space is better than average for nearby coffee shops. There's plenty of tables and chairs and they're not too close together either. Large windows make for a bright environment and good place to meet up or get work done.
I love this time of year in December when all the coffee shops come out with peppermint drinks. I was disappointed yesterday with a very lacking peppermint coffee but today I’m on cloud 9 with my peppermint latte from Crazy Mocha ! I added more peppermint with purchasing a biscotti of the same flavor and a confetti one as well! Thank you kind girl for helping me at Crazy Mocha! You made my day!
A must-visit coffee place. Beautiful walls colors, the cutest logo ever, and the most delicious mocha I've ever had. If you want to see the goat more often and smile, get a t-shirt or a mug!

What I had was a hot chocolate and it was good. It seems to be nice place to hang-out for a quick coffee near Murray Ave or you could have a take-away and walk out in the cool weather taking the sip of your coffee :) The ambiance was good and the staff was pleasant. The place looked clean and quite empty in the morning which makes it a peaceful stop for some peace-full coffee.
Nice staff and plenty of seating. It's nice when they have the windows open, feels like an open air cafe. Free wifi, and quiet atmosphere for working. The drinks are good, but not a food destination, mostly plastic wrapped baked goods to choose from.
Relaxed atmosphere with a lovely big open window in the summer. Plenty of space to work/meet, and the staff are always very friendly and courteous. Been coming here for a few years since this location opened and have always been pleased by the rotating specials and varieties of coffee offered in addition to the cake, sandwiches to go, and mixed coffee drinks.
A great, relaxed place to get coffee and soak in the local color. The lower level (it's on a hill) has a door/window that can be opened when the weather is nice. There are deserts (including a plethora of biscotti flavors) and sandwiches (though those are sometimes limited at the end of the day).
Plenty of tables and nooks for group meetings and study sessions.
One of the best Hot Chocolates I have had. Selling at a price point competitive to Starbucks, the Ghiradelli chocolate sauce provides a very different taste compared to Starbucks. It is really tasty and the quantity is a lot.
Apart from that, it spoils you for choices with respect to coffee. If you are looking for a flavoured coffee, you have enormous number of options. So make sure you have seen the menu before you go to order. You also have sugar syrup, honey and the assorted powder at the side to alleviate the taste of your drink.
This is the best coffee in Pittsburgh by far. They also have awesome ice teas. Why would you go anywhere else when they have it all great drinks, great atmosphere, and some of the best pastries around... and they have free Wi-Fi.
