So good. Way better than Subway or just most sub places in general. First of all, they have super fast delivery. It just tastes better. And the Little John sandwiches are a great deal for how filling they are.
The main reason I wanted to write a 5 star review is because this location made a mistake, they accidentally delivered to the wrong address, and we called them about the mistake, and they immediately remade the order and included coupons for some free subs. That's how a business should address a mistake like that, we didn't have to argue with them or anything, they just fixed the mistake, and they kept a customer returning in the future. Thank you Mr. Johns
The sandwich was delicious 😋 the guy who took my order was very pleasant and nice. Don't remember his name though...I could not find my receipt to enter. But the other reviews I have read, my experience was totally different. Now there was a person in the back that was very very RUDE. But like I said I loved the guy who waited on me.

Great customer service from the cashier on 3/21/22. Above and beyond service. Give her a raise she deserves one. We were hemming and hawing outside with our dog and she came to us with a great solution.
Awesome crew of young people friendly and ready to help! It was my first time here so I asked what are you famous for? The young man paused and said "everything!", I said no, what is your specialty?, the young man was still a little nervous and not sure how to answer but gave it his best, his team mates saw the struggle and rushed over to help and together they were all awesome and very helpful. The manager was in the dining room and also came over to chat, It was a refreshing end to a long day. The two sandwiches they suggested were both good I don't remember the names but it was the #1 and the #7. GREAT energy here, I will definitely come again, thanks for the excellent service guys!
I love Jimmy John's! Easy to order online for quick, contactless pickup. Usually easy parking right in front. Staff is always hustling - don't forget to leave a tip!
New caesar wrap was really good. Quick service as always with any JJ shop. The manager (or lead sandwich artist? Idk his title) seemed like he was trying to make work fun for the other employees. Always like to see that
