I heard Joseph's was trying to revamp itself back to its roots. Stopped by on a Monday evening and wasn't disappointed. They've kept the same decor inside, and it brought back some childhood memories. Ordered mozzarella cheese fries, which had a perfect cheese to potato ratio 😁! Buffalo chicken pizza was cooked perfectly.
Sometimes, it's good to go back to the classics, especially when they are serving up decent reliable dishes.
Lastly, we sat at their little 5-person bar and were waited on by the bartender, Charlie. He was super engaged with all of the customers throughout our time there with a smile on his face! It's the little things that make people want to come back.
We booked a swim team party for after an evening swim meet. Joseph’s stayed open late for us and couldn’t of been more accommodating. The pizza came out hot and fresh the entire time. The chicken tenders were out of this world! We couldn’t get enough of the Cesar salad- so good. The food exceeded our expectations. The customer service was just as wonderful. They accommodated a large group, a late arrival and a last minute reschedule. We highly recommend them for any experience- big or small!

We had the Thursday night $10 cheesesteak special that was over the top perfection!! Let me start with the roll, you are given the choice of plain or seeded. Of course we love seeded rolls so that was a given. The roll tasted like fresh out of the oven melt in your mouth perfection. The meat was abundant and flavorful. You get three cheese choices. And it was a dollar extra for a topping.
My provolone mushroom cheesesteak was the BEST I have ever tasted! The sandwich was served with a hot pepper and two pickle slices.
The bar menu has a nice selection. Try the seasonal drinks. I enjoyed the Fall Pear ginger Margherita.
Check out the mural wings on the side of the building when you visit. A delicious dinner, tasty drinks, plus a photo op made a great date night!

Joseph's is better than ever! Having ate here since I was a kid, I'm thrilled to see they kept the awesome furnishings that made this place timeless and nice place to sit down to enjoy a meal. They did switch up the pizza and the menu quite a bit, and its much better after reopening. Can't recommend this place highly enough! Definitely the best pizza place in the area, probably one of the best in the city.
Doing a cheesesteak review of all the best cheesesteak spots in the area so we had to give Joseph’s a try. Would never expect a pizza place to score this well for a cheesesteak but it was definitely delicious. Would have preferred Cooper sharp cheese but they don’t have that. The meat was tasty and the onions were nice and chunky. Nicely done. 8.8 out of 10.
Consistently great service and food. We were seated immediately and the waitress was taking our order within minutes. She was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our Spicy Italian pizza was out in a jiffy but not before our cantaloupe margaritas, both were amazing! This is a great family restaurant and it's always packed.
Joseph’s Pizza has always been a neighborhood gem. Great for family outings, date night or gathering with friends. There’s something for everyone. Now offering delivery.
Happy to see Joseph's Pizza doing well. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Cheese fries and pizza were delicious. And half price cocktails tonight were excellent.
Remember when you were a kid and you went to the pizza place and sat down and ate with your family? This is that. Had the Queen Bee and liked it but was more impressed with the cheesesteak hoagie. Had my wife’s birthday dinner here in the back room. Smiling faces all around. Updated: Came back again and had the veggie pizza and liked it. Updated: Had white pizza with Spinach and Riccotta. It was divine.
The Pizza is excellent with a very tasty crust and sauce. The cheesesteak is very good and I like that they put a nice amount of meat on it. I also like that they offer a Moscato wine on the menu because a lot of restaurants don't have a Moscato option.
The French fries need work as they taste slightly freezer burnt and overcooked. Would like to see more beverage choices. Wish they had wings on their everyday menu.
