While I was there the owner was talking to someone about all the positive things they do. I was impressed by how much O'neals does in the community. Supporting Toys for tots, Cancer research, and a lot more. The staff were excellent and welcoming to a newcomer, even more so by my being a Liverpool fan in an Everton pub. :) Obviously a very welcoming place. Highly recommended.

The best service. The best time. I always run into a friend when I go. Food always hits the spot.

Had a great experience here on a Tuesday night after a comedy show with my girlfriend. The place was slow due to the Phillies losing the night before, so we were able to come in, sit down, and be served at the bar right away. Our bartender was very nice, made great drinks, and gave us space to chill and enjoy ourselves in the empty pub. Definitely will come back if I’m ever in the area!

Alexis was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. This is coming from the perspective of a bar manager, someone who’s worked in the industry for many years. I don’t often leave reviews but Alexis is definitely worth mentioning. Stop by upstairs to see her and the crew Tuesday through Saturday. She has a break Wednesdays and you’re most likely to catch her in the evenings! Don’t miss out on spending your time with one of the best bartenders in the city!!

Great spot for a pint located on S. 3rd St. just off South Street. Bartenders are great. We like to sit at the bar.

Barback gave recommendations to 6 different steak/pork sandwiches in the area, then their in-house one. Ordered that since I was already there for a beer. Sandwich was so good, $10 with fries. I came here immediately after kinda eating a different place, and ate my whole order plus a perfectly poured Guinness to speak to the quality. Highly recommend!!

Great neighborhood bar. Beer was nice and cold with lots of options. And they have a great Rye whisky. We only got nachos to eat, it was a large portion & they were just what we wanted....

A real Philly Irish pub! I usually don't care for beer, but the Guinness on tap was amazing. The food was very good... a couple of us ordered loaded salads, and the others thoroughly enjoyed their dishes as well. One ordered Shepherd's Pie that looked amazing. Great experience. Bonus...We loved the accents and overall vibe.

The best karaoke experience ever! Super friendly crowd and staff! Good variety of draft + bottled beers. I didn’t eat but my friends did and said the food was great. I live outside of Philly but definitely worth the hike! I’ll be back for sure!

The portion size for food was pretty big. I liked the fact that the fried chicken was actually crispy and flavorful. I wasn't as impressed by the Fish & Chips (have had better), but that wasn't the dish I ordered anyway. Service was great as well. There is a back patio, but I didn't get to check it out during this visit.

So fun! Great Irish bar with excellent service and good food , a real neighborhood feel in busy district near south street- a cute patio in the back also! Particularly love bartenders “Emily” and “Emmy”!

Really cute and comfy spot. We came here before watching Madison Beer at theatre of the living arts. Good food and our waitress was very polite and helpful. Would recommend!
