This is my first time visiting Philly. I did my search on Google and found out about the restaurant through reviews. I liked what I saw on the pics. So, my 👧 and I went there. There house fried rice is the best. I will surely come back again whenever I come to town.
I don’t love the scallion pancake because it was too fried, but I love their pork belly & tofu and Taiwanese beef noodle soup!
I love this restsurat the food is AMAZING! there is never a long wait, and the service is awsome. you must try any dish that says indonesian, very authentic and delicious
Taiwanese style food with good customer service. Nice to come in for a quick no fuss bite. Fast service, quality food. Would definitely recommend. Some dishes are not the best, but if you stick with the Taiwan style dishes, you'll be fine.
The exterior of this place isn’t anything special and the name sounds very typical, so this place can be easily overlooked. However, it’s one of the few places in Chinatown that actually serves Taiwanese dishes. I’m definitely a big fan of their Taiwanese beef noodle soup was delicious and perfect for a cold day. Lots of flavor in the broth and the beef was very tender. We also had the Taiwanese Trio which had the pig ears, tofu and seafood. Good savory marinade. First couple times I came here, I had their Taiwanese oyster omelet which was amazing – perfect amount of flavor and texture, good amount of seafood. However, the 3rd time I came I was a bit disappointed as the consistency was a little off (it was a little too much oyster slime than usual) and tasted a bit briny.
Come here if you like some simple comforting Taiwanese dishes.
My friends and I discovered this cute little restaurant one trip downtown. It was our first we were about 15. I'm not 25 and we still make it a point to go. I try to take everyone I know there at least once. Not one person has ever had a complaint. They are absolutely delicious! My favorite is their lo mein.
Shrimp in "Lobster" Sauce with shrimp roll, fried rice, and wonton soup.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Chinatown. I always order the Sweet and Sour Chicken and some Scallion Pancakes. Best lunch deal around at under $10 a plate.
Great food and reasonable prices! (6.75 for this noodle)
We visited this restaurant based on the reviews. The restaurant was clean, the waitresses were courteous and helpful, food was great and were good size portions. Highly recommend.
