We do not eat meat or poultry and we always order 2 platter and share them. We had the salad with salmon and a shrimp platter. We love it. I happen to have an appt. in Center City so there we went.
Our food was served quickly and very delicious. The calamari appetizer was amazing, so amazing I ate the leftovers the next night. Considering how much food we received , the prices were astounding. Our server was very nice, fun to talk with and helpful, being this was our first time in philly.
We did a carryout for 10 people from the Philadelphia location. Always check your order because my friend kept feeling something was missing, and one order was. They had the food ready when we went back and even gave us some of those "Divine" tasting Lemon Cookie slices. Hopefully dining in will result in getting more spaghetti with Chicken Parm.
If looking for a Italian style restaurant Maggiano's is the one. First time here and my family of five enjoyed the experience. Upon arrival was seated fairly quickly. They have a family style menu items were you choice appetizers, salads, 4 entrees and have a mix of desserts to share. Everything was delish. You will leave with leftovers. Wish I remembered our waiters name he was great he gave suggestions and was pleasant and helpful. I'm sure we will return again.
Maggiano's Little Italy is a classic choice for Italian cuisine. The family-style servings make it perfect for sharing and creating memorable dining experiences. The dishes are rich in flavor, and the ambiance is both upscale and inviting. The staff's attentiveness, though not exceptional, still enhances the overall enjoyable atmosphere. Whether it's a special occasion or a casual night out, Maggiano's consistently delivers a great Italian dining experience.
My husband and I came here after we got married. The food was phenomenal. The staff was great. They also made us congratulate cookies for us. It was amazing. Thank you
I had a great time and I enjoyed my food. The service was immaculate! I was celebrating my graduation and they surprised me with the desert. Everything was top tier!
As two English girls in Philadelphia this was a fabulous American-Italian dining experience. Our waitress Alexis was brilliant, the bread warm served with gorgeous olive oil and followed by a hearty bowl of pasta. The Shrimp diavalo was outstanding.
I had an incredible dining experience at this Italian gem in Philadelphia! Situated conveniently near the convention center and hotels, its prime location made it easily accessible. The food was exceptional, from delectable dishes to refreshing drinks and mouthwatering desserts. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and inviting, enhancing the dining experience. I highly recommend trying their salmon—it was cooked to perfection. And don't forget to indulge in their heavenly crème brûlée. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the area!
Waiter and manager checked by our table almost immediately to see we were getting serviced. Really a beautiful restaurant inside. Table had olive oil and hand grinders for seasonings. Fresh bread. We did the soup/salad and sandwich routine because it was cheap and just right for lunch. The chicken parm sandwich was tender throughout and perfect. I don't eat fries so who knows how they were. Soup was excellent and the salad was huge. More on the pricy side if you get more than we did altho worth it. Lots of care into makeing this meal ideal as small as it was.
Really good American style Italian food. If you have a party of 4 or more you can order family style. You pick a salad 2 appetizers and up to 4 mains. I recommend the mushroom ravioli it was out of this world 🌎. The service was excellent. My only problem (and it's a small one) the price for wine is high 13 bucks for a glass of house red wine is a bit much.
This place was AMAZING! The atmosphere was top notch, the service was efficient, kind, informative and overall fantastic! The food was so good. We have been traveling for almost a week now and by far the best food we have had on this trip. The General Manager Patty stopped by our table. She was so kind, was not in a hurry, chatted with us, made sure everything was good - she was the best General Manager I have ever spoken to while traveling. If ever back in Philly - I would eat here again!
