This was our seventh or eighth time at Estia and it’s become our favorite place in the city for dinner out. We’re always able to get a reservation a couple days out as it’s a very large place. Service is always excellent. And the food is amazing! Moussaka, octopus, and baclava theater meme is my go to. My wife chooses the lamb, Greek salad, and walnut cake, which is always also great. We’ve brought people here for business dinners and brought family from out of town - everyone always loves it. I don’t think my photos do this place or its food justice - it was all excellent.

I have not dined at many Greek/Mediterranean restaurants, but what I do know is that I will be comparing them all to Estia. I have dined here on several occasions (3x), all during Restaurant Week. I can say without a doubt that I highly recommend the dishes in the following pics. Go, enjoy the ambiance, the incredible wait staff (shout out to Javier from my visit on 9/22), and the amazing food.

The food, the service, atmosphere, five stars! One of the best also for pre-concert meals. Had the grilled octopus and jumbo shrimp for appetizer. Both cooked to perfection. Four large shrimp. Main course was the fish special, grilled branzino and grilled salmon. Salmon was cooked perfectly, slightly crunchy on the outside. Dessert was of course, baklava! Soo good!

I brought a friend of mine here after his finals. This was by far the best Greek food we have had outside of Greece. Our service was great. The food was amazing. We were seated right near the fireplace. We will definitely be back.

It was a true treat the decorations were the best for a Greek restaurant I have been timeless and not overdone. The food was amazing. We had a huge group and everyone loved it

The lace is pretty good size, but reservations are recommended. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Started with flat bread, tzatziki, and the red pepper sauce. Both were really good. Flat bread was hot. We had bread with humus. Very creamy and flavorful, not anything like you buy in store. We had sea bass and salmon. Both were really good. Cooked very well and really nice flavors. We ended with the cheese cake and baklava. Cheesecake was very creamy and great flavor. Baklava taisted like an apple compote, very good. Highly recommend the place. It is a little pricey but I think it is worth it for the quality of food.

My friend and I came here after seeing a Ballet. The food was incredibly delicious, served quickly, and plentiful! The appetizers were especially scrumptious, I could easily make a meal out of two or three dishes. The restaurant is pricey, but worth the cost. I plan on returning here very soon!

Wow wow wow!!! A gem in the heart of Philly Everything is super delicious but their Greek cheesecake is TO DIE FOR.. will definitely be going back The atmosphere was amazing, friendly waiters and lovely decor. They even offer bread and dip when u get there We ordered a tarama, calamari rings, lamb chops ( a person can’t eat this plate alone) and the arugula salad with roasted almonds 10/10

Went for our company holiday luncheon. Food, atmosphere and service was Amazing! Our server was an older gentleman, however, he was professional, respectful and served us with pride. My first time at this restaurant, I will be going again.

Atmosphere: Estia has a very fine dining yet rustic ambiance. When dining at night, there is dimmed lighting that highlights the rich colors that make up their decor. Service: Service was really thoughtful and fast. They gave us great recommendations on what to order and move our seats to accommodate our party. Food: I ordered from the Theatre Menu and got the Octopodi appetizer which came with capers and a red wine vinaigrette which made it a refreshing way to start my meal. For the entree, I got Lamb Trahana Shank which was super light yet filling! Lastly, finished with the delicious Salted Caramel Baklava and Honey Walnut Cake. Tips: Our waiter told us ordering from the Theatre Menu gets you a better value - it comes with an appetizer, entree, and dessert options you can choose from!
