It’s a nice Starbucks location inside of the hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Barista did a good job with my latte. There were a number of nice sitting areas and outdoor sitting area. It was nicely decorated for the holidays.

I love Starbucks. I’m totally addicted to the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. My youngest child likes to get a blueberry muffin warmed and my oldest likes to get the strawberry lemonade drink with a Tiktok Recipe. The Barista is always nice and accommodating. Also, once I pulled up to the window after ordering and I had forgotten my wallet. They were so kind and said it was no problem they would would treat me to my coffee. I was so grateful.
Sometimes the Starbucks’s in hotels can be off the mark, but NOT this one! Drinks were always up to standard and the ladies were friendly!
You guys are killing it at this store! I love how energetic and how much fun you all appear to have. My family and I were visiting this past weekend and you have a "Mad Libs" poster up which allows the patrons to participate in the fun. To the Barista who loves Mary J. Blige, you have a beautiful personality. My husband and I visited the store at least once a day while we were in town and each and every team member went above and beyond to be kind ensure that we received the highest of customer service. Thank YOU! My dad had a special request on Sunday and purchased a drink for me to pick up when we checked out (a couple hours later) and when I arrived you all had a note and prepared my drink for me. I also love all of the little notes of encouragement on the lids of the cups-sweet little touch. Keep up the great work and know it does not go unnoticed.

So I go here all the time guys it’s my favorite Starbucks around the area. The ladies are always there they work very hard and they are very sweet. Thank you guys very much you’re the best!!
This location always has very friendly personnel, is clean and efficient. One of our favorite Starbucks and visitors from out of town also frequently return to this location. Would definitely recommend to both Starbucks lovers as well as anyone wanting a variety of coffee drinks. And they also sell a variety of other merchandise.
Line for drive thru was wrapped around the building around 3 in the afternoon, they got through it quickly and my order was correct. I was extremely impressed with their speed and politeness, the only reason I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because two of the drinks I ordered tasted different (slightly better) from my usual location. Since Starbucks is a chain there drinks should taste the same at every location but I think some baristas have heavier pours with flavors/creamers than others. It's not just this location but a small issue between the 3 or 4 starbucks I go to where everything always has a slightly different taste.
I came in right before closing(I know I'm terrible) but the barista was absolutely amazing! She was so fast and super nice! And I found the Mermaid cup I had looked all over for!!
