Me and my boyfriend were in the Pawleys area and looked up for a closest spot for dinner. Caffe Piccolo caught our eye by good reviews and we decided to give it a shot. So glad we did. First of all outside patio is small and very green that gives you a feeling like you are somewhere in Italy. Now food... Fresh baked bread... Stuffed eggplant for an appetizer... My boyfriend got Calamari Linguini and loved it. I got a special Flounder stuffed with lobster meat with grilled asparagus which was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely will be back and will bring family. Hidden gem in Pawleys Island. Highly recommended!
I've eaten at several restaurants all over the world. I feel very fortunate to live right across the street from Caffe Piccolo and have easy access to the incredible food at this place. Some of the best meals I have ever had anywhere! I'm a regular.
Had a lovely and delicious dinner for Valentine’s Day! We were so happy to had a date night for that special day, but unfortunately the restaurant was completely busy and they were out of lots of food so I had to chase for a different dish 3 times. Server was kinda lost, but it was understandable seeing how busy they was. Besides that, the atmosphere and drinks was great. It’s good to make a reservation.
Our server was impeccable and the food was nothing short of amazing. I am gluten free and was amazed they offered gluten free bread. And it was delicious. The special drink menu offers a variety of awesome drinks and I had a delicious tiramisu martini. I then had chicken Marsala with gf pasta and it didn’t disappoint. My husband had the crab cakes which were the best he ever had from Maine to Maryland through the coast. Every dish was made to perfection and the cheesecake desserts are homemade and brought in and also creamy and phenomenal. Caffè Piccolo has indoor and outdoor seating and I can’t wait to go back!
I can not say enough about Chris and the service we received today. He helped us coordinate a wonderful baby shower for my daughter in law in a private setting. The food, service and ambiance were absolutely amazing. We were made to feel welcomed with a warm setting and wonderful family brunch. This place is amazing and we will definitely be back again. We can not thank you and the chef enough! 6 stars in our book.
Was worth the drive from Charleston, SC! Caffe Piccolo embraces the ambiance of a local Pawley’s Island dining experience with a Tuscan flare and delivers the mouthwatering cuisine of authentic Italian dishes! Mamma Mía the burrata is the bomb!
Excellent experience! Amy our bartender, and later waitress, did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed, and cared for. I am pretty sure, we have randomly found (thanks Google maps 😉) our new favorite Italian restaurant in the entire low country! The atmosphere is on point! And the vibe is subdued. You simply MUST try the stuffed banana peppers (appetizer) ! I lost count of how many times I said to my wife "oh my God " they ARE that good! 11/10. Will definitely come again! Most highly recommend!

Friday night, November 3, on patio; with Spencer, Service-perfect. Food-really good. Bourbon, up, in a martini glass-proper pour and good selection. Pound for pound one of the best dinning experiences I enjoy.
My favorite dining experience while at the beach! Loved the French-like atmosphere of the outdoor dining. It was absolutely gorgeous! The best dish we ordered was the special: scallops over ravioli stuffed with blue crab. Yummy! It was rich and the scallops were huge and perfectly cooked. The marinara sauce wasn't the best...it needed to be sweeter. The bread and garlic oil dip was fantastic and our waitress was very good. I definitely recommend dining here!
Drove up from Charleston and had a wonderful meal!! Amanda was our server, she was very attentive and always available even though it was a busy night. The food was not only visually appealing but also incredible in flavor! Thank you so much for a great dining experience!!
Had a lovely and delicious dinner tonight to celebrate our Anniversary. Amanda, our server, was delightful, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere on the patio was very cozy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended
