Chipotle Mexican Grill

My last 4 visits to this store have been negative. On Saturday, I put in an online order for pickup at 5:10. My food was ready at 6:05, almost a full hour later. Then I looked in the bag and saw that the order was labeled correctly but completely wrong. Burrito instead of bowl, I received chicken instead of veggies, white rice instead of brown, no beans. The only thing that was correct was the lettuce. Since I had no intention of waiting another hour for a corrected order, I left. This was an embarrassment to Chipotle. After the last several experiences I've had, the owners would be better off closing as opposed to offering the poor service they've had of late.

Is it just us or has Chipotle, at the Shoppes of Parma, turned unreliable? Three weeks ago, the store did not take any walk-in orders. When my daughter arrived to place her order, she had to place the order online, and wait for it to be finished. On top of that, it took too long to get the food. Today, we placed our order for 6pm and when my daughter arrived at this location, she was told that the restaurant did not receive any of their 6pm orders. Did our credit card get charged? Did we have a receipt? Could we prove that we indeed paid for it? Yes to all three questions. Chipotle required my daughter to hand write the complete order for the cooks, because again, the computers were not working. Eventually, she returned with the food and my family voted...one good bowl, one bad bowl, and one mediocre quesadilla. This is seriously two very poor experiences.

This will be the fifth time I’ve come to this exact chipotle. And either they got my order wrong I ordered steak double she gave me chicken double that’s not what I asked for I asked for a sprite she gave me Coca-Cola when clearly in the refrigerator there was Sprite I can see it she could see it. And she still gave me the wrong drink. on top of me having already the wrong food and I said it’s fine it’s OK about the food long as I get to drink that I want it I was going to let it go but this place I will never ever spend my money at again. I will go a street over and go to Taco Bell‘s before ever ever go to chipotle again.

Placed an online order for pick up at 640pm for 7pm pick up. Arrived at 7:05pm to find about 15 other purple waiting for their orders as well. Our order was ready at 8:10pm, over an hour later. They only had three young kids working today. Food was good but over an hour wait is absolutely unacceptable.

When you go out and pay for food, you should leave feeling like you got your money's worth. I don't know if Chipotle has fallen on hard times BUT,,,, I AM PAYING FOR THE FOOD! A literal pinch of lettuce and a down graded amount of chips and queso... I'll just go to a different location next time. Food tasted good though. 👍

Normally love the location and I understand times are rough but this one I can't excuse. Placed an online order for 7:15 walked in at 7:25 because I know its Normally busy and im cool with that but get home and found a bug in my chicken bowl. Please Please don't make me avoid this location guys otherwise I'm just outta luck on work days

I think Chipotle is extremely overrated and over priced to begin with so I only eat here once every few months when I’m outvoted by my household and tonight proved my point. Having to wait almost an hour after scheduled pickup to get my food is annoying in itself but having to then go home and reheat up the laughable amount of food is ridiculous. If I had waited that long and when I got my food it was full and hot I would not be as upset. But to wait that long to get ice cold food with hardly anything in it??? Unacceptable. And this has happened the last several times. You’d think by now with all the negative reviews and surveys they’d at least try to make some changes. Profit over anything else I guess.
