Donatos Pizza

This is the closest Donato's to me it's over 10 miles away. I usually love their food. I stopped going to this location a few years ago because of burnt food. I recently started going again, in fact, this was my 3rd order in the last few weeks. I ordered a pizza and drove 20 minutes to get my pizza, it wasn't quite ready when I got there. The lady tells me to be careful because there are 2 pieces of paper on bottom of pizza and it might get stuck. She then tells me she forgot to put my extra cheese on the pizza and re-cooked it? I asked if the pizza was OK, she said yes and tilted it towards the drive thru window, i couldn't see it but took her word for it. I get home & open the box, the pizza is burnt, we try to eat it anyways, the paper is stuck to parts of the pizza, it might of been in the oven on the pizza while extra cheese was being cooked on it. We ate a few pieces buy it was inedible, I look at the receipt for their phone number and saw the survey, I went online , filled it out, and gave my contact info for a call back.... It's been a few days and no phone call and no email either. They lost a customer AGAIN!

The best. I order at least 3 times a week, I have type 2 Diabetes and I can not eat a regular crust.. LIsten diabetic folks!!! You can enjoy without worry. The cauliflower crust pizza is the bomb. I bet you can't tell the difference? Jason the manager is always very pleasant and the team is just so nice. The place is spotless, what else more can you ask for? I will forever be a customer. Well I love this pizza but something has happened to this location. I picked up my pizza and brought it home to dig in only to find clumps of herbs that burned! What a waste of herbs for one thing but when you burn them they are disgusting! You were very slow, no reason for the burned pizza. So dissatisfied, I don’t like wasting money.

I gave it a 5 star because the last 2x I was there the employees were nothing but nice and upbeat. We usually get the sub sandwich - the big don is still my favorite sub compared to other places. The young ladies working on the weekend could not have been nicer. Super sweet and really with everyone struggling to get employees and good ones - what a challenge for them. These employees have all been great.

I truly believe with every fiber of my being that this was the worst pizza I have ever ordered from a professional establishment. I paid $19 per pizza for an undercooked flavorless thin crust pizza. Thin crust should be crispy, am I wrong? I ordered donatos 3 years ago and I thought the same exact thing. I don’t know why I gave them a second chance. I never leave reviews about food, however, this pizza was so bad that I felt the need to share it. Please stay away from this establishment. It’s trash!!!!!!
