Update 9/23/21: Charm Thai is currently open for takeout only due to an extreme staffing shortage. We recommend Charm Fried Rice, Tender Beef Platter, Potstickers as an appetizer, Miso Salmon, Pad Thai. The prices are very reasonable too. This place is WONDERFUL!

Great quality Thai! Our first time trying it out and seems to be one of the best in the area.
Delicious Thai (iced) tea and Pad Thai (we got the "Country" version which included chicken, shrimp and tofu, and you can vary the spice level from 1-5. The server recommended 2 but we went for 3. Was pretty spicy but not insane. Though I like some spice!) Nice atmosphere and a full bar. Our kids enjoyed the Chicken Satay and side salad with their house peanut dressing (very tasty!). Definitely will be back.

Very good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Not as spicy as I expected, but still delicious. I got the lemongrass chicken and husband got the mango paradise and both were excellent. Try the iced Thai tea!

Love It, fresh, full of flavor. The staff and Owner is so nice. We have been here 3x in past week and half. Definitely recommend the Charm Fried rice and Wonton Soup. Reasonable price, great food, pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a hidden Gem

I've eaten at Charm Thai many times and it is usually very good, however this last time I felt the taste and consistency of the vegetarian Pad Thai was a little off and the portion of vegetables and tofu were small. Hopefully this is not a future trend.

Much much .....MUCH better then that "Thai Spice" place in Westlake. Its funny how sometimes in more upper class areas, there will be a nice looking restaurant like that "Thai Spice" ....yet serve such terrible food. But anyway back to the review. I ordered the Thai Basil fried rice and it was spot on with flavor. It wasn't as spice as when you order it without making it more spicy, but I think that has to do with the type of people in the area who don't like it too spicy. I sent it back and asked if they could make it more spicy and it came out great!! So just be advised that if you like spicy on your basil fried rice then ask for a number 3 out of a 5. My friend got the teriyaki chicken plate and they gave us a HUGE serving!! Take a look at the photos for yourself. Will defitnetly be coming back to this place soon!

I am a very well traveled person and I absolutely love Asian food and especially Thai food! Being on the west coast for over 20 years has given me a high bar for Asian food in America so when I moved to Cleveland area I was quite disappointed eith the lack of options and quality of Asian cuisine. But the I tried Charm Thai and was quite impressed that the quality and flavors are excellent in the area so I have been coming here for over 5 years now. Easily one of the best Thai food restaurants in the north east Ohio area and I would highly recommend it. Ofcourse pad Thai being the state is great but try the curries and many other dishes on the menu as they do not disappoint.
