Let me tell you a story: It’s a Tuesday afternoon during the week of Thanksgiving, 2023. The line is almost out of the door. All three employees are working hard. Throughout this chaos, Emily (or as she’s known to her nephew, Aunt Icky,) keeps a cool head and an impressively friendly attitude toward the crowd while taking care of my totally unprepared deliveries and entertaining my child with stickers and pens to wave around. Her customer service skills are excellent and she is an absolute asset to this location. I truly hope that she’ll have the best life possible for her and that the employees working with her enjoy her company as much as I did. Thank you for everything!

I returned some packages 15 minutes before closing time and the line was practically out the door! Gabriel was alone and was handling two registers at the same time! He was awesome!!!! He had to handle customers that were suppose to go to USPS instead of UPS…Gabriel handled that situation very professionally. Great job Gabriel!!!

I always do my Amazon returns on Sunday as that’s my day off, and it’s always slammed, and Gabriel is always just rocking it behind the counter all on his own. He does a great job, he’s super speedy, gets everyone in and out as quickly as possibly with a friendly smile, thanks everyone for their patience, and is an asset to this company!

Highly recommend the UPS Store on Kirkman and Conroy – and the Sunday staff, Gabriel We went Sunday, just after noon. I had to get 3 items out this week, and this was the only UPS office in the area open on Sunday. We’d been there many times and the staff are always so nice and helpful, and most importantly, patient. This visit, the line was to the door and wound around inside. Once we opened the door, we heard a voice say, “I apologize for the wait, I’ll be right with you. There are three stations, with one gentleman name Gabriel running at least two of them simultaneously. He was trying to help a couple who were having some sort of complication. At some point. He turned to the line of at least 10 of us, to apologize and say, he would get to us and thanks for your patience. He did this every few minutes and it was extremely helpful. Staff acknowledging an issue is comforting and very important. It appeared the place had been this busy all day as the wall and cabinets behind the cashiers was stacked with packages. While helping the complicated couple he continued to help people in line get their packages off. A few, like the gentleman who had a wagon full of packages, were checked in and Gabriel promptly completed their orders professionally in seconds. As is always the case, most people, like me, were unsure of the cost and insurance and packaging. He handled each one of us acknowledging the wait and apologizing, while guiding us through this and that process. As stated earlier, we’ve been there a few times, in addition to shipping, for their notary services. Again, staff were kind and patient. Highly recommend Gabriel for Employee of the Month and a substantial raise for doing the work of three people!
