Christina, the Assistant Manager, was more than professional & helpful. She was happy to hear our excellent compliment of our really fresh tasting Asian Chicken Salad that we ate. They placed the fresh crunchy noodles on the top after the salad was tossed in the bowl. This made a huge difference! Cant wait to return! Lamar & David Spalding

This location is very quick and the staff are very friendly. However, upon my many visits of dining in I have noticed lots of people who should not be in the dining area asleep, watching videos very loudly on their devices, and many others who have lots of bags with them and you can tell they are not customers. Just doesn't set a good image to paying customers and might hold them back from returning. They occupy half of the dining area and some people are forced to take the orders to go.

Simple. Reliable. Tasty. Not expensive. Those words describe almost any Panera experience, in addition the SoDo location is not crowded and usually has half a dozen to a dozen customers doing their office work from spacious tables.

Recently I’ve had issue at several quick service restaurants where if you order ahead they don’t put your food at their pickup location and you have to end up waiting in line to ask for your food anyway. I understand it’s because of dishonest people but in that case get rid of the pick up shelf because it ends up wasting more time when your standing there waiting for it when really you need to go to the counter and ask for it. At least place some type of sign so people know. I only say all this because it’s not the first restaurant I’ve seen it at and when you’re trying to order ahead and save time it can be frustrating when it ends up taking more time.

I have found this location suits my needs quite well. There have been a few times when I have needed to work on my laptop and they have a great set-up for this as tables are nicely spaced and lots of seats have outlets plus the free wifi. I use the app to place orders while in the store and my orders are usually up quickly and correctly. The value duets has been a favorite of mine lately. I really like that I get a half-priced bakery item if I order a drink and meal. I can work here for several hours, place multiple orders, and everything goes smoothly. Other Panera locations don't always have multiple outlets by seating, so I prefer this location.

I’m a college student and this Panera is one of my favorite study spots in Orlando. It’s clean, has a friendly staff, and isn’t nearly as loud as the Starbucks across the street. Keep up the amazing work South Orange! 🧡 Edit: A few reviewers have mentioned that their orders didn’t come out the way they wanted. If that happens to you, politely ask a team member for assistance and they’ll go above and beyond to help you out.

2023-01 Update: tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was tasty, especially with the fried pickle chips, satisfying and delicious sandwich. Original: Been going to Panera for a long time, always happy with the food. This time I did try thier new chicken sandwich and it was good but I typically don't go to panera for that type of meal. But overall always happy with Panera Bread.

If, not a member of their club join to get free drinks till Oct31st and staff found a free pastry with the sign-up. Must be an after school hang out too. I Liked seeing young people hanging out at a safe place and maybe get a bite to eat while there. Wait! They weren’t loud and obnoxious either. Really liked the “L” shaped layout and the employees were friendly: ranging from age teens to 50+.

They have new items on the menu!!! I decided to try the chicken sandwich while my husband got a flatbread pizza. The chicken sandwich taste like real chicken. It was good. I enjoyed it. And of course their green tea is always on point.
