This is a pretty sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant.
My first experience here, they were missing several of their menu items, and the food was pretty lukewarm by the time they handed it to me.
My second experience, I arrived at 10:20 on a Saturday (they're supposed to close at midnight). An employee told me they were closed because they were "out of food."
The place must be really horribly mismanaged to simply "run out of food" an hour and a half before closing time. As such a prominent national brand, Burger King should not allow such awful owners to maintain ownership of franchise restaurants.

Horrible experience. I just ordered a double whopper with cheese and some onion rings. I got home and got ready to eat my meal. I had a plain whopper with nothing on it but meat and bread and the onions rings was so old and dry they crumbled like potato chips. I gave the store a call and of coarse no one answered. I ended up having to call corporate. It’s so sad. I spent over $14 on something that I couldn’t even eat. I will never return to that Burger King!!!!!!

Ordered 2 whopper meals for 2 with cheese.
Didn't even put cheese on it.
We received our Cokes and they tasted like something was off, so I asked politely to make sure we got our correct drinks. The drive thru lady said "oh well, and slammed the window shut and walked away." Talk about rude.
If you want trash service and your order incorrect. Then boy do I have the place for you to try! We ordered our food on 12/4/2020 Order 69.

This location continues to fail in customer service and continues to gain bad reputation for the lack of training and knowledge on their employees on how to service their customers, first time using the app I choose drive through employee is rushing me I give her a code and ask her what’s the order before I proceed with the purchase I wanted to clarify on my deals that the company offer and I added to my cart, the employee gave me something totally different kept insisting for me to drive forward to help me with the app, I drove forward for her to tell me “I don’t control the app the app is on your phone I am not touching your phone” i added the items again in the cart on the app gave her a new code paid with Apple Pay still gives me the wrong order she looks clueless of what she’s doing in these escenario it’s better to contact your superior if you don’t know the answer. Comes with my order while she’s holding the order the bag falls on the ground inside the store she walks away from the window like she’s going to throw it away I hope she did and didn’t hand me food that touch the floor. Walked inside and spoke to the manager very nice person a bit lost but seems to understand to a certain point I hope. Love the company and hopefully in the future they fix their issues that they have on this location is the only one by my area and I would like to continue to be a customer.

The King Is Loosing The War On Late Night Dining.
Ordered dinner on the app, around 10:30. App says they’re open until 12am. I drive out there to get my order and they’ve got a wet floor sign blocking the drive through. I park, I see a employee come out, I ask if they’re open, they say “no”.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Order delivery through Burger King last night and waited 35 minutes for someone name Daniel S. To say he was the driver, after awhile of waiting they cancel my order for no reason/explanation. Tried calling the store where the phone rings but then has an out of service phone number message🧐 still waiting for my refund btw.. stay away from this place.

Service was quick and friendly. Order was correct. I'll visit this Semoran location every time now since the BK @ Curry Ford and Goldenrod Rd messes up orders, is SUPER slow, food is not fresh and service not friendly.
