Had a family-style lunch with the family and a friend. We ordered BBQ pork, duck, wonton noodle soup (two, one with ho fun, one with lo mein), Singapore rice vermicelli, and beef chow fun. The bbq pork here a must get; it's really good! The duck, however, wasn't that great. Singapore Rice Vermicelli - The noodles were on one side of the plate while the shrimp, onion, bean sprouts, bbq pork, and red bell pepper were on the other... it should have been served well mixed. There was way more noodle than shrimp/bbq pork/onion/etc, that I felt like I was just eating noodles. Didn't think this dish was worth $7. Beef chow fun - ho fun is tricky to cook with; you don't want it to be overcooked or have drenched with sauce. The ho fun here was cooked perfectly. The beef was slightly chewy but tolerable for me. The proportion of noodles to meat was much better than the Singapore rice vermicelli. Wonton noodle soup - two ppl in my party had this; they seemed to like it since they finished it! I thought the wonton was a bit small though. There was a chair behind me that had gum on the back... eew... Service is pretty typical of Asian restaurants...wave/raise your hand if you need a waiter's attention.
