Place has been remolded, quick service, extremly friendly customer service, and the tacos had cheese on them. Pretty good and friendly since the past.

Wow what a huge joke and disappointment since the remodel. Went inside everything is touch screen, the so call chairs are a joke low to the floor. The food went up in price and the amount of food on the taco's, burrito etc is a huge joke. First time in since the remodel and last time stopping there period. Super disappointed in Taco Bell 😔😞😔😞

The staff is always so kind and understanding when I have complicated orders (making substitutes to menu items to make them vegan). The food always tastes fresh and I’ve had zero issues here.

My lady and I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time. Had no idea what to order. Young woman at the counter patiently and cheerfully answered all our questions without an ounce of attitude. Food was tasty, though I'm guessing not the healthiest thing to eat.

I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in a long time. Was in Tera Alta West Virginia on a day trip with my ladyfriend and on a whim while driving by, we decided to eat there. We were both clueless as to what to order. My ladyfriend has some alergies and asked the young woman behind the counter a bunch of questions as to ingredients in different menu items which were answered knowledgably and with a smile on her face. After we got our food we had more questions for that same Taco Bell employee which were answered as if she was giving advice to a good friend. Frankly I'm pretty tight with my money and tipping is not the norm in a fast food restaurant, however I slipped her $5.00. As for the food, it was prepared as we asked it to be, and it was quite tasty.

Great service, they forgot one of my items and when I went back through to get it, they gave me my missing item and 2 free taco coupons. The Taco Bell in Morgantown, WV won't even do that, they just give you your missing item, sloppily wrapped and made and tell you to gave a good day.
